The higher perception of your Third Eye, and Unconditional Love of your High Heart, prepare your physical brain ,for the merging with your Multidimensional Mind.
You will facilitate this merging by unifying your physical senses of sight, hearing,
smell and bodily sensations with your Multidimensional senses of clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience.
Once we have seen the truth, and accepted its grandeur, a transformation within us takes place.

All the attributes of a moral being, who services others while also servicing themselves, is embodied in each of us when we act out a moment of wisdom.
I have received and internal call to move my main focus from shedding light on the Reptilian agenda to resuming my energy work.
I have mentioned in several of my radio shows on The Cosmic Awakening Show about how I consider myself an antennae for the energies coming from the Great Central Sun.
These energies are coming to the planet from Source and the astrological alignment of our times allows for them to reach us in order to help raise the vibrational frequency.

you know that the frequency shift we are experiencing is how we will all exit the false light matrix that has been imposed upon us.
Free of the limitations of your physical perception, you prepare the perceptual areas on your brain to perceive us as within you rather than outside of you.
Yes, feel us in your body, as we are NOT separate from you. Your 3D mind has projected an image of us that appears to be outside of you.
However, that vision is a projection of what is actually inside of you.
In fact, ALL of your experiences of reality are the outer projection of what you are actually perceiving inside of you.
You are still accustomed to 3D rules in which you were taught to believe that reality is outside of you, and you were a victim to whatever occurred in your life.
We have the opportunity to build a Rainbow bridge into the Golden Age.
But to do this, we must do it together with all the colors of the Rainbow, with all the peoples, all the beings of the world.
We who are alive on Earth today are the Rainbow Warriors who face the challenge of building this bridge.
You are eco-moral and soul-centric. Your sense of right and wrong goes beyond the myopic and parochial perspective of good and evil and is based firmly in your understanding of healthy and unhealthy.
Having individuated your ego, you are holistically conscious and compassionate.
You are determined to use eco-centric strategies in order to bring balance to an egocentric world.
You understand that human beings once lived in healthy accord with each other and with nature for millions of years,
until they mistakenly went from living in an egalitarian, cooperative way to living in an exploitative, competitive way.
Your soul method is the rainbow bridge leading us out of the unhealthy and unsustainable quagmire and into a healthy and sustainable providence.
Many of us are here to ground these energies into the planet.
To do this, we can focus on opening up our crown chakra to allow the energy to come down through our body and down into the planet.
Imagining these energies infiltrating the planetary grids along with the collective human consciousness has been a part of my work here.
I have been told that just my work alone has made a considerable difference in our planetary timeline, where it has accelerated our shift forward by fifteen years.
Imagine what one person’s efforts multiplied could do! I would think that it would quickly merge into the NOW moment.
When we transmute a reality into a higher dimensional frequency, we send Unconditional Love and Violet Fire into the frequency of initial thought forms and energy fields.
The Unconditional Love breaths in unity and potential, while the Violet Fire expands that reality to higher and higher dimensions.
When we create a reality, we begin by creating thought forms and energy fields that define that possible reality.
We then fill those thought forms and energy fields with Violet Fire to transmute the idea into a higher frequency reality, and Unconditional Love to give Birth to that reality.
You can see in the chart below that your 3D, physical perception of light is VERY small.
Therefore, your third dimensional brain is greatly limited in registering a conscious awareness of gamma wave energy fields.
While other people are playing finite games that indirectly and directly destroy the world,
you are busy playing the infinite game of life for the sake of healing the world in order to continue play.
While the world is busy falling apart, you are busy putting things back together again.
You’ve made a sacred game out of it, connecting like minds, disconnecting unhealthy minds, and reconnecting cosmic mind.
You realize that cooperation must be primary and competition secondary if the sacred play of life is to continue for human beings.
But you also realize that the only absolute is change, and so you are,
busy learning the rules like a pro so you can break them like an artist.
Those ascended souls choosing to remain in the spiritual realms will continue the unravelling process of their DNA ,
and gradually dissolve the chemical bond keeping their mortal physical bodies alive.
In doing this their awareness will transfer to a pure energetic signature at each level according to individual ability.
In essence this is a horizontal way of dying or crossing over, one that happens in increments. One where out of body experiences become the norm.
It involves the creation of the observer self or soul which is the watcher that watches us in our dreams.
As the DNA unravels parts of our awareness are transferred over to this observer self.
The longer we can remain in mortal physical bodies from this point on the greater the unraveling of the DNA and the more parts of our awareness can be transferred to our immortal observer self.
At some point the final transfer of consciousness will complete and our awareness will have shifted in a horizontal fashion into our newly created non physical body.
The more parts of awareness that we are able to transfer, the more our new non physical world will seem like physical 3D.
Here, I’d like to look at the throat chakra’s role in creativity as well as the things we can do to heal and balance it.
I don’t know much about any of the chakras, and the only things I’ve learned about them have come from the few reports I’ve done.
One of the best ways to learn about something is to research and write about it, which is exactly what I try to do with things like this that interest me.
I hope it interests all of you too, and more importantly, I hope it teaches you something new.

The Throat Chakra is associated with your Self Expression and Communication.
When it is in balance, you are able to listen and communicate well.
When you are having trouble expressing yourself, or having trouble with communication the throat chakra becomes imbalanced.
To explain in the simplest manner, your 3D Self can not perceive what is actually being projected into your consciousness,
because you are attending to the projection of reality that is reflected off the screen of your third dimensional perceptions.
You have been trained for myriad incarnations that only the physical world is real.
You believed what you were told because you were also told that you were a lowly human who did not have the ability to see the projector.
You were told to worship the projector, and you only receive from the Projector God that which was on the third dimensional screen of reality.
For those of you have unexplained symptoms of physical or emotional pain, know that you are not alone.
Feeling lost, disconnected, without passion or purpose? You are on a path of self discovery.
You are riding a wave of new energy.
What you are feeling at this very moment is a transition only one step of many on this grand journey of ascension on this planet that is progressing every second.
Much of what you still see in the world and in your experiences is illusion and it is competing heavily with what the heart knows to be true.
It’s time to start listening to what matters most and embracing that you are now in an accelerated state of expansion.
The 6 shifts in consciousness are being realized. The spring equinox has brought a fascinating wave of expansion throughout the planet.
It is pushing people outside of their comfort zone and that is manifesting in some very interesting ways inside and outside the body.
Outside the body, electronic devices are behaving erratically.
Your mobile phone, television, computer, network devices or even internet connection may not be functioning as they have in the past.
You may experience unusual and unexplained downtime, yet there is nothing wrong with the actual devices because the problem is not the devices.
The problem is your energy not properly grounding to where it needs to be.
For some others the problem is appearing in their motor vehicles. They are all signs of what is happening in and around you.
All of these health problems can result from a blocked or imbalanced throat chakra, and while it isn’t the only thing that can cause them,
we might want to make sure if we ever suffer from them that we don’t have something related to our creativity or self-expression going on in our lives.
You never know what kinds of emotional or spiritual problems could cause physical illness,
and as science and spirituality continue to merge, I think we’ll discover a wealth of emotionally rooted cures for physical illness.
For all we know, an imbalanced throat chakra could be the main cause of the problems listed above.
I’m not saying it is, but I think our spiritual and emotional health have a lot to do with our physical.

Do you struggle to communicate your real thoughts and feelings?
If you lack the confidence to express your thoughts, ideas and feelings because you fear that you may be judged or that your words may hurt someone,
you are only holding yourself back from real happiness.
You have a right to express needs, wants and ideas. If you keep your thoughts to yourself,
how will anyone ever know what they are and how will your needs and wants ever be met or your ideas ever brought to life?
The cellular structure is currently being recoded in the human body and in the process it is purging and letting go of predominant resident frequencies that are being eliminated.
For this energy to clear, the immune system and actually all systems within the body must be effectively weakened.
So while the body may appear to be in a state of illness, it is more or less in a state of clearing.
Unfortunately, this is the only way you will be able to prepare ,
and move into the energy that is coming in the next 12 months an energy critical for the Earth in the next decade.
If the body fails to make the upgrade it will stop functioning entirely.
The important thing is to recognize that you can change every single symptom that appears with the appropriate intention.
Do not fall into negative patterning with assumptions that it is your own negative thoughts that have created these symptoms or that you must fix the problem.
Focus on the fact that you are realigning your body to where it needs to be.
You are not broken, so there is nothing to fix.
Accept what is and move forward while welcoming the wonderful changes that are leading to the new you.
The reason more people are feeling disconnected and without a sense of purpose is they are still holding on to old programming.
It’s not safe, I fear for my future or my family’s, people don’t understand me, the world is doome,
and any other self defeating things you tell yourself which are based on fear, not reality.
With practice and repetition, you are breaking out of this patterning at the subconscious level and consciously creating a different reality.
Consciously directing energy is far more powerful than subconscious directives and this is part of what humanity is now transitioning to.
Any form of creative expression is a highly positive practice for opening the throat chakra.
The enjoyment of the creative process is far more important than the results or end product so don’t worry if you’re not an artist try your hand at cooking,
gardening, inventing, writing, solving problems, take any opportunity you can to be creative.
Become comfortable with your own voice in its many forms of expression .
The world would quickly change if everyone believed in their personal truth enough to use their voice,
and we all have a unique piece of the puzzle that we’ve come here to give.
It’d be a shame to deny ourselves the opportunity to offer our piece, and instead,
let’s realize that it’s an important part of the whole and humanity can’t function without it.
Instead of just listening to what other people tell us about life or spirituality, we can pave our own way and make peace with any inadequacies that result.
We’ll find the right way in time, and when we do, we can share what we learn with others in hopes that our experience helps them.
It won’t help everyone since we’re all unique, but it’d be enough to help one person embrace the uniqueness of their path and get the most out of their evolution.

Yes, indeed. A Heightened Wave of Energy is to enter in

I know, of course, what that expression means, yet, how is it meant in these circumstances? Who is the wheat? Who is the chaff?
It can be used to describe those who are ready to shift into a much Higher Vibration and those who shall remain unaware at this time.
They too, shall feel some form of effect, for it will affect all.
Yet, those who are Aware, Awake and Ready, shall experience a noticeable difference within themselves.
Those willing to do the inner work will experience deep waves of intense life-altering introspection.
It will be confusing, frustrating, and even a little scary. Our true selves are working hard to finally be fully born into this new cycle we entered in 2012.
We can sense a wonderful blossoming within us, just beyond our reach, like a beautiful mirage waiting patiently on the horizon.

Yes. This sleeping phase this dizziness, this feeling of ‘missing out seconds …
this confusion of words is just a passing phase as one’s entirety of Being adjusts to its new Higher form of itself.
I am pleased to hear that at my age, one could question senility creeping in!
The changes that are taking place within you cannot just silently do their thing.
Is it not that a newborn sleeps most of the time in order to adjust to its new surroundings?
This is the case for many of you who are experiencing what one would consider to be ailments, or lacking in a particular vitamin etc.
We are by no means telling you to ignore these changes, if you are feeling seriously concerned.
Yet, we would also suggest that you recognise that there are shifts taking place within you and upon your Planet and it is therefore inevitable,
that such extreme Energies will have some form of ‘kick back’ until they have settled comfortably within.
And what should we expect when they have? What is the upside to all of this?
A feeling of appreciation of the Soul that you are.
With this comes more understanding of who you are.
With that one’s POWER become more pronounced.
The world is facing a challenging time, often filled with confusion, which brings a sense of disconnection as we navigate through a fading cycle.
It’s a moment that can easily feel overwhelming for many, and it’s important to acknowledge the weight this brings to our collective experience.
There is an intentional past-age tactic being used to manipulate and control humanity, by drowning us in so much conflicting information, and creating unrelenting uncertainty that we feel overwhelmed.
This age-old shock and awe tactic rears its ugly head about when humanity is ready to make an epic leap into higher levels of consciousness.
These old tactics, filled with rapid, chaotic waves, can create disorientation and disassociation with ourselves.
We are no longer dealing with just our dysfunctional relationships.
We are being utterly dumbfounded as we begin to realize we have entered a seriously massive planetary dysfunctional relationship with our world.
Everything we have learned personally up to now will now be put into play on a global level.
All the traumas we have suffered and learned from will now have a deeper meaning and purpose.
Your intentions are the frequency beacons that align you with potential realities.
In 5D creation, intentions are not demands upon the universe, but vibrational signatures that magnetize matching timelines.
To set an intention for the highest timeline, follow these steps:
Attune to the Highest Feeling State Before setting an intention, raise your frequency. Breathe into your heart, invoke joy, gratitude, or peace.
Your intentions manifest from the vibrational state in which they are set.
See, Feel, Embody Instead of merely visualizing an outcome, feel it as if it already exists.
Embody the version of yourself who has already aligned with that reality.
Speak in Present Vibrations Use language that affirms the NOW.
Instead of I will find my soul-aligned community, say, I am surrounded by kindred souls who uplift and inspire me.
Release with Trust Set the intention and release attachment. Allow the universe to align the details in the most miraculous way.
Do not force or control flow with divine orchestration.
Aligning with the Higher Grid of Light
In what way? I am asking all this because, although now and then I can feel in a really good mood,
I can’t say that all this adjusting so far, has made a noticeable difference within me, on a permanent basis.
I still, as do many I know, feel that we are just muddling through it all, and getting nowhere fast.
As you know, we are not talking in the last few months we are talking many years.
Yet, would you say, when in the ‘Good space’, you feel very much on top of the Understanding of the Heightened ways?
Yes, yet, they just don’t last long enough to recognise them as a full-time change.
again, let us use the analogy of the newborn. So much to learn … through experience, throughout the years of growing.
On and on, these experiences produce Wisdom and KNOWING of the self.
THIS is what is taking place for Each One … and it does not stop after one has passed through the veil.
For YOU, EACH ONE, are an experience of LOVE EXPRESSING ITSELF.
When you consider that LIFE LOVE is Infinite … it must be so, that growth and expansion of the self and The Whole, must take place.
LOVE HAS DESIGNED ITSELF TO BE THIS WAY.
During this time, we could easily fall victim to inadvertently empowering our inner fears, thinking our positions are righteous truth.
Knowing the difference between our cognitive biases and the actual truth will be difficult.
There is little authentic truth during the crumbling of an old age. The positions we take will only give us a false sense of safety.
Feeding our fears will amplify our disorientation, making it even more difficult to be unbiased and able to analyze anything critically.
But we’ve got this. We’ve learned how to listen to our hearts, and we’ve learned to follow its callings.
The drama-addicted and war-based outer world, or should I say. . . outer-weird,
is trying to hang onto old familiar realities and is fueled by an unconscious and paralyzing fear to evolve.
Of course, trying to stop our evolution is futile. The only way through is through the deep center of our hearts.
Because we live from the heart, we will lead with compassion for all who we think are ignoring the obvious.
However, taking unbending positions makes the process longer and harder for everyone.
We have learned that judgments are a waste of our energy and light.
We have remembered that we are all one family on Mother Earth, and somehow, we are all doing this together.
As you set your intentions and open to co-creation, you activate your alignment with the higher grid of light the crystalline matrix of New Earth reality.
This grid is formed by all beings who are choosing love over fear, unity over division, and creation over stagnation.
Every thought of love, every act of kindness, every moment of conscious creation strengthens this grid,
making it easier for others to access and embody these higher frequencies.
You are not just creating for yourself; you are architects of the collective awakening.
We remind you, beloved ones, that we walk with you, ever-present in your field of awareness.
We transmit these frequencies not as something separate from you, but as a reflection of the wisdom you already carry within.
You are the creators, the bridges between dimensions, the pioneers of the New Earth.
Yet, surely, it can’t be like this all the time, as we continue to upgrade?
It would be good to have days of dynamic enthusiasm for something.
Of course, there shall come a time, when ‘time’ shall allow these Energies to mix and match.
Meaning?
They will find their flow and where to go. For each individual is different and will adapt accordingly.
I have to be honest, sometimes I just feel like ‘Oh whatever!’… because at the end of the day …
we get into bed in the knowing we have to wake up in the morning and ‘get through’ the next one. I want to get excited about it all and what is to come …
yet, enthusiasm wanes more often than not. It is a struggle to keep up the ‘What Ho, Jolly hockey sticks and all that’ … when oppression still feels the dominant factor.
Is this not part of the Game? One knows that if one ‘gives in’ to that oppression, then one can slip down the snakes.
Yet, to hold Strength within … and keep one’s head above water … the ladders appear out of nowhere to take you to Higher planes.
My dear friends and beloved companions, I am Grener of the InterGalactic Council,
liaison with the Council of Love, our beloved counterpart in this beautiful endeavor. It is my blessing to join you.
As you are encircled with a shield of light at this time, it allows us to have free and open conversation about many things that we can impart to you without interference in this direct method of communication.
And it is for this reason that I invite you to relax fully and completely to receive the energies, a message, and invite a harmonization with them.
Many are concerned as they see the negative side of this shift.
Long term, humanity is experiencing a rapid state of evolution, similar to the rapid evolution of technology on your planet.
In a time of great transformation, it is easy to focus on the challenges, divisions, and uncertainties that surround all humans right now.
But beneath the surface of these events, something extraordinary is unfolding.
A global awakening is underway. It is a shift in consciousness, a new beginning.
As conscious creators we ask you to expect a miracle. Do so without attaching yourself to an outcome, just expect the miracle.
We have spoken of the inner core of Earth that spins at a different rate than the surface.
This is true of many Earth-like planets in the cosmos. Besides the many effects it has on the rotation of Earth,
this difference in rotation produces a charge similar to magnetism in the Universal Energy.
For when we bring these energies to you it is best received when you are relaxed, open and in a state of allowing.
This is true of so many things, actually. As you are well familiar with the Law of Attraction in your world,
this is something that has been taught freely to those of you in this group; that you attract most easily when you have surrendered your attachment,
when you do not seek a highly specific outcome, but trust that your engagement with the frequency of what you’re seeking is what does the work.
So allow yourselves in this moment to feel the frequency within you.
When you tune in and seek the need or have the desire to increase that frequency,
place your attention within the heart space, open and call forward the relevant aspects that are troubled.
For example, the channel was speaking of a troubled thought about a work situation,
so she could use that to engage with that aspect that feels anxious still, and to invite it to come home to be heard, and consoled in its concern that it may be integrated, rather than estranged from the larger energy body in which you exist, which allows a greater quotient of your energy to be present.
A new leap second will be needed in the next year or two, due to the change of which we speak today.
New technologies will soon replace the atomic clock.
These changes may seem infinitesimal to most, but they impact the Universal Energy which is felt by all beings on your planet.
That charge in the Universal Energy is felt by humans and often strikes at the emotional centers of humans, mostly as fear and anxiety.
These emotions can easily be turned into anger, at which point humans can be influenced and even controlled.
There are times when the core has moved faster than the surface, while at other times it has moved slower.
For the last 15 years it has been slowing with occasional bursts of speeding up.
It stopped rotating relative to the Earth’s surface in 2009, which slowly introduced an increasing relative anxiety among Earth’s inhabitants.
This change planted seeds of discontent.
Right now the rotation is almost at a standstill, which means it is rotating at the same pace as the surface of the planet.
One might think this would produce a state of calm, but any change in the Universal Energy is first felt as an afront.
There are many galactic beings sending energy to help it start in the opposite direction.
But that will take some years before they’ll know if they have been successful.
In the meantime, there is a unique opportunity for humans to be a part of this shift.
When all parts, or as many parts as possible, are integrated within you, then your sense of confidence and power increases.
This is why, as she described, her focus in the morning was clear and confident and felt solid,
but then a niggling thought came forward, as you all experience as humans when you have a doubt or concern or fear that then begins to stray from that center of confidence.
So, take a moment to call a part that is estranged back.
Feel within your field, where are is there a part that is willing, able and ready to come home.
A part that merely needs to be indulged in love, and for you to recognize that love itself is what is truly being sought,
rather than some extraneous need for a solution or other habitual expression.
Call that aspect forward and welcome it in the soft, loving arms of your heart, as the mother would.
Invite it to melt into you, to know that it is okay, that you are present, that there is nothing that cannot be addressed that it could bring forward.
To ignore it will create further separation.
So, there is simplicity in this, in bringing the one’s parts together. As simple as it sounds, it is truly an exercise in compassion and patience and loving kindness.
From that energy, it is natural for these aspects to merge and blend with you again,
for your fears to calm, your worries to evaporate even, and then you become confident in what you know.
Many Lightworkers on Earth know the reason they are here. Many more do not know exactly why they have chosen to incarnate at this time.
We have even spoken about those of you who are here from 300 years in the future.
Yes, you are right on time. You all have a unique opportunity to choose unity over separation during these times,
and to set an energy that will remain long after you leave this Earth.
It is a potential to create a new direction for all of humanity.
As we mentioned, this does not happen quickly. Do not be discouraged if you do not see results reflected in the world immediately.
You will start to see an effect in your personal life as you align with the Universal Energy.
It will magnetize you to attract and receive. You carry seeds of love and love does not exist in separation.
Do what you can to release thoughts of separation or of taking sides on anything.
Sit on the fence and observe the world as it flows by, for this will place you in a state of joy.
When you hold these thoughts and clear your energy, your field harmonizes with the Universal Energy field.
This is what plants the seeds of love on your path. Then you have only to walk forward and reap the harvest you have planted.
The Universal energy is based in threes, so wherever possible repeat things three times.
This takes you out of duality and into the triality of the fifth dimension.
There are steps you can take to clear your energy field to have the most effect.
So if you are able to calm these parts within that have had been activated in fear or concern or worry about what is the right thing to do,
as you work with those parts it may take only sometimes a moment to bring them back to the whole,
to call them out of the wormhole of worry, back to the present moment in compassionate presence of your heart then it becomes clear what you know to do.
Then you have and hold confidence in your choice and decisions.
This is the practice I wish to ask you to participate in in this moment, that more of you will feel at home and whole within you for that is where your power lies.
There is no power in estrangement, and there is no power in alienation or isolation.
It is in the embrace, inclusion and patience with these parts that you come to full circle of remembering who you are.
It allows you to feel the truth of who you are, to act as the being that you truly are.
This is the future of humanity, to be present in the Now moment with full recognition, as the Divine Being of Light in human form.
This is quite miraculous if you have not realized that is so, for there has been very few other times and places where something like this has been attempted,
and you have done marvelously well in making taking steps to experience this while being in form.
In light of everything we have already told you in our last messages, the belief in a non-positive future is unfounded.
Yes, it is evident that there is much to be improved, and we are here to support these transformations.
Those of the darkness have tried, as a last resort, to create more divergences among you, using leaders around the world to foster discord and separation.
Many of you are already embodying the energies that planet earth is now embracing from the eclipses,
for they are already being formed in our Heavens, even though we only see, from our human view,
the final result, and from other sixth and seventh dimensional sources, outside of our Earth’s confines.
As you co-create with these energies, you may feel old ones resurfacing, being pivotal to clear them before we can continue with the crystallization process in our physical bodies,
as many of you are already moving into further ascensional stages during this transitional time.
The Virgo eclipse frequencies are starting to profoundly impact our fascia, which, as you know, is the crystalline connective tissue that runs throughout the body.
As the solar reconfiguration in our bodies continues and we reach a higher level of purity,
many of you will feel blockages in your fascia, if your inner energies are not yet balanced.
It is imperative that you rise above this, for holding hands as a single race will demonstrate, to the Higher Councils observing Earth, that you have achieved a more harmonious unity.
The entire plan for the regeneration of the planet from the ethereal, astral, and physical realms will not be altered, and there is nothing that can change this Truth.
Understand that you are in the final moments, and there will be a peak in your physical nature for transformation.
Signs have been given so that you may act as anchors of the new energy and become more active in assisting with Earth’s transformation.
Souls incarnated and discarnate around the world who are not adapting to the new energies are being collected and relocated, and the cleansing will continue until a more emphatic peak, very soon.
It is thus up to the Federated ones on Earth to maintain an always uplifting conduct,
for your service will be even more appreciated when those who are still dormant finally begin to realize what is truly happening.
They will seek answers, and you are being prepared now for this to be that aid in their personal tribulations.
Virgo is precisely about restoring our purity by cleansing the areas of our body that are not aligned to a Higher Light, to who we are, and to the purpose of our existence on this plane.
To integrate the current crystalline and solar plasmatic waves in our bodies, our fascia and nervous system need to be cleansed of any energetic corruption,
such as non-benevolent astral influences, which are the most common ones, self-created ones due to unconscious nutrition and other habits,
and by habits I am also referring to lower thoughts and feelings, and by environmental distortions and other anomalies.
When we do not clearly know how to scan our bodies yet and we need to obtain a response about what to work with at this time,
asking our bodies directly is essential to obtain further direction on how to proceed.
Ask your body: do I need to heal my fascia network? if the response is a yes your body, as a pendulum, will respond in movements forward, from front to back.
If the answer is negative, your body will remain static or may spin in circles or in other directions,
which is why I first suggest asking questions whose answers you already know before asking the ones you wish to make.
There are many other ways to know what we need to work with at this time of profound integration, for we know what we feel and our personal stories.
Many of you are empathic and telempathic, and your fascia is drained due to the integration of others’ feelings or other challenging situations you experience as yours.
Then you will need to daily work on yourself to clear your body of all that is not yours to experience, so you can integrate further energies.
Doing dissociation exercises to distinguish your feelings from the ones you too integrate from others is also important to truly know what you really feel.
We know that many expect a word from us regarding the specific politics and leadership on your planet,
but it is evident that the original plan for improvements and transformations on Earth does not rest in the hands of any leader of your world we can assure you of that.
The true leadership is still behind the scenes, and when they are authorized, they will step to the forefront.
Many other leaders are on the front lines of alternative communication portals, transmitting reliable, instructive, and fraternal information.
We know that you fear certain alliances and defend your beliefs in governance organizations and institutions.
It is not our place to comment on this aspect, out of respect for your own free will and learning, but if we may speak about leadership, we offer this advice:
observe how those in whom you have placed your trust treat those they consider enemies or different.
Likewise, observe whether they view the planet as a living being or merely exploit its resources unscrupulously.
Not much intuition is needed when actions speak for themselves.
In general, everything is moving toward constant learning, and amidst all this, diplomacy and compassion are what will guide you away from the shadows of darkness.
It goes without saying that you were never enemies of one another as a species, but they made you believe so, as it facilitated control.
Earth is advancing toward the unification of many aspects, and those in the most popular leadership positions in your world are preparing,
as we have already mentioned, to abandon the experiment and, in some way, give up the game.
They are fully aware that there is nothing more they can do to maintain the current dynamics,
considering that our emissaries are literally observing their every step and action to prevent them from going much further.
The greatest religious, food, financial, educational, and governmental structures are breathing their final moments,
while Gaia herself prepares to bathe and cleanse herself of the darkness that has overshadowed her for the last millennia.
The time of lit candles may return for a period, when you will finally be able to look into each other’s eyes once more,
and exchange the natural humanitarian affection of your souls lost in recent decades amid the battles imposed by the dominant elites who always understood they didn’t need to create an army from scratch,
but merely incite and trigger something within you, already activated by the traumas of being on Earth amidst the challenges of ages.
What they did not know or chose to ignore is that you possess something that has granted you this great mission and responsibility:
the uniqueness of being especially resilient.
In this regard, the game began to turn in favor of you, the incarnated Federated ones, starting in 2012, when you achieved a leap and a broader understanding of things,
even if not fully perceptible yet, though it will soon blossom.
Maintain focus and trust that the plans for Earth are none other than Ascension.
For those doing gridwork at this time or stabilization, remember that your crystalline system is connected to the earth’s grid one, and anything that the earth experiences you will too,
being one of the most common causes of fascia and nervous system destabilization during periods of massive integration and gridwork.
The stronger your connection is to your soul, and the stronger your fascia, the more you will allow illumined energies into your body.
At a physical level, acupuncture works well with restoring the fascia, although if you too have it imbalanced due to trauma or other non-benevolent influences,
then you need to expand this work on other areas.
Energetically embodying the emerald ray first to heal it and then the white ray will too help you to wash your entire fascia system, enabling it to restore its balance.
After the eclipse, we will have a period of adaptation before entering into the Aries’s next eclipse.
For those of you resonating with retrogrades, this phase will too be a quiet one, astrologically speaking, supported by Mercury, Juno, Vesta, and Venus retrograde,
for we are being assisted this month to rest, recalibrate, upgrade, and distill all that no longer serve us.

Earth is your home for now, and caring for it is the compass that can guide you while you still need to look to some current external leadership,
as well as support it when it must take the necessary measures for its own good and collective life.
Do not fear when you hear noises in the clouds or even beneath the Earth; rather, be secure in your own conduct of Love,
which is what Gaia truly expects, so that, as healthy cells of this organism, you may act as agents of global healing at this moment.
