We are integrating our energy, our codes, into your being ,

to assist your spiritual growth at this time; so that you may connect on a deeper level with your own true self,

understanding the truth that is emerging from within your being.

Many are becoming confused or disoriented at this time,

because their inner truth is emerging but they are not accustomed to connecting with their inner truth ,

and so it feels as if their personality and inner truth are battling and fighting together.

Many times have we given expression to Visualisation being your most Powerful tool.

I know White Cloud has always said that from the start!

You have been given so many tools to assist you during these times.

Use your imagination to get you out of ‘lower Vibrational’ thoughts.

Each one of you has this gift within to pull you out of the lower frequencies. All you need do, is close your eyes and visualise.

Blossom , Do not limit the thoughts that can take you to other places.

Places that will uplift and put your Heart back in its rightful place of Love.

Take your thoughts outside of that box that you have placed your capabilities within.

Think of a treasure chest , think of a wrapped gift .

Well, you did not know of us that we were there as you know of us now,

but we have been here and with you and will continue to be with you even more in the times ahead.

We, the ascended ones, are here to assist you in becoming the ascended ones yourselves and for you then to assist others following your ascension.

We will say here that you must listen within yourself as these situations arise and do what you feel your intuition is guiding you to do.

If it is telling you at some point, better to stay home, then do exactly that. Better to stay home.

You must understand that we as the ascended ones, the Galactic, the Agarthans,

all of your various guides can get messages to you whenever they need to.

You just need to be open to hearing those messages. So,do not be concerned about living your life.

We will say live your life. Be in joy in every moment of your life. And everything will take care of itself.

You will find that you will be in the right place at the right time, whatever that might entail for you.

It may feel as if your inner truth and your personality are battling together and that is perfectly fine,

in this moment, because as you recognise it, so the battle will dissipate.

You realise that this energy sensations that are coming forth that seem so unusual…

maybe even so unknown to you, are actually where your focus must lie.

It takes a great amount of courage to recognise your inner truth when you live in a reality where your personality feels grounded into the physical reality.

As you begin to recognise and acknowledge that your inner truth is coming forth and emerging,

you may recognise that there are multiple pathways of truth.

For you alone, there are numerous pathways that you can walk upon.

Each pathway holds different opportunities; different learning and different understandings.

Each has valuable lessons, spiritual lessons to absorb.

You as a being, as a soul, as truth, hold numerous tools, spiritual tools, and abilities.

As you walk upon a certain pathway of truth, it might feel as if you do not have the tools or the skills to walk that pathway.

Maybe with the opportunities that are coming up, you simply feel as if you don’t have the tools and skills to accept the challenges.

See yourself inside an Ice cube and with a pickaxe break the ice away.

Then you realise that is too much like hard work. So, sit within the ice cube and call in the Sun Source.

How easy it is for the Sun to melt the ice away?

This is what we mean by going with THE FLOW. Find the easy way through your days.

And you do this by NOT TRYING.

Yet, when we are in a low vibe we need to try and get ourselves out of it, otherwise we sink further into the lower feel of things.

Yet, if you simply become aware of how you are feeling it does not take great effort to breathe, close your eyes, and change the pace and the place of your mindset.

Well, we will tell you that this is indeed what we have been saying for some time in terms of the glimpses.

The glimpses into the other side. Glimpses does not only mean to see, but glimpses can also mean to hear, to feel, to touch, as you are saying.

So there will be more and more of these openings where those on the other side,

Those of your guides will be, in a sense, tapping you on the shoulder as this is occurring here, and will occur more often.

So be ready for it. We said some time ago, you may begin to see dead people.

That was from your movie, where that child saw dead people.

Something that will occur for more and more in the times ahead where they will get those lenses.

Whenever you have physical distress you can connect to it with empathy.

First, identify the painful place in your body.

Take a few deep breaths and relax into it.

Connecting with your heart in stressful situations, including medical or dental procedures, reduces stress. Keep sending the uncomfortable area lovingkindness.

This part of you, whether it’s a bone, an organ, or a tissue, needs your understanding.

In addition, practice the following healing affirmation which I recommend to my patients as a way to access self-empathy and promote self-healing.

During the day, keep repeating it to lessen stress or to simply feel good.

I breathe deeply. My body is relaxed.

I am moving forward toward wellness and ease.

Self-empathy means accepting that you are human and can learn and grow.

Of course, you will make mistakes or have regrets. You may move forward, slip backward, then move ahead again.

You are not perfect. None of us are. Thank goodness.

Perfection is so boring! ,which sees imperfections as beautiful and interesting. We are all messy and extraordinary at the same time.

Self-empathy starts with being willing to accept your less-than-best qualities as well as your stellar ones.

When many beings speak of their purpose and finding the purpose, they are actually speaking of pathways of truth and there are numerous pathways.

You have a set of tools and skills, given to you by your soul, to walk upon maybe one, two or three of those pathways.

A part of the challenge is to find the right pathway to walk upon.

Your soul holds the ability and skills of the Creator, and therefore holds the ability and skills of all aspects of the Creator.

For this lifetime, you have accepted a certain volume of abilities and skills that support you in gaining the understanding, the spiritual growth and ascension that is required.

When you examine your inner truth and you ask to acknowledge your skills and abilities, you are understanding how you can be in the world.

You are also drawing to you, your pathway of truth or maybe one or two or three pathways of truth.

When you allow yourself to call forth your pathways of truth to align or realign with your being, this also is a very powerful experience.

You might have the idea of what you wish to or feel guided to achieve in this lifetime, or maybe even in this moment of your reality,

and yet, it may be that you simply cannot manifest it or feel as if it is impossible to manifest.

Let light love flow through your Beings Out, to where it is destined to arrive.

You do not need to know where you are sending that Light Love to,

necessarily unless it is desired to be directed to a particular Soul or situation.

You just allow the flow of this stream to find its own way.

LOVE-LIGHT KNOWS AT ALL TIMES WHAT IT IS DOING AND WHERE IT NEEDS TO GO.

I notice you say Light-Love and then switch to Love-Light.

Is there a reason for this, as folk often inquire as to whether The Mantra should be said with I AM THE LIGHT first, or, I AM THE LOVE. You say it matters not.

This is correct, for they are One and the same.

The coding within the two are of the same Vibration.

Would we put it as simply as the fact, that when both are used together, they amplify to create a Higher Vibrational code, rather like multiplication.

One should allow whichever word flows forth first at any given time, to be.

I feel Blessed to have reached a place within me and I know many others have too, whereby sending Love from my Heart,

wherever I may be, whatever I am doing, is just so automatic these days. So, you are saying,

we don’t even need to think about it in order for it to happen? My Heart is just doing it all by itself?

Yes. Well, I don’t say it seems, but maybe you could verify. It seems, I’ll just use that term, that time itself is collapsing.

It has been, but I’ve really noticed the acceleration of that over the last year or so, especially in the last six months.

It seems to be accelerating. I’m assuming, this is partly a question, that we are also heading to zero point.

What I do find though, I guess this is part of my question is it is we’re kind of trapped between two worlds.

It’s pretty, it’s getting challenging, I should say, to get 3D type things done.

work and bills and all these other things we got to do day to day in that shortened timeframe.

Do you have any suggestions on how we deal with time collapsing on us and sort of how we bridge over to whenever we do hit zero point,

which I’m assuming is going to be a lot closer to our point of ascension.

we will say to be in the moment, be in the moment as much as you possibly can.

Do not be concerned about the past or the future.

Just be in the present moment. And yes, indeed, your time does appear to be speeding up and,

it is speeding up because you are coming closer and closer to that point where past, present and future will all be one as it is in the fifth dimension and higher.

So time as you understand it will shift greatly here. And that is all purposeful. So do not be concerned about it.

Just be in the moment. You will find that those things of the third dimensional expression will no longer hold your attention as much as they used to.

You are evolving so rapidly that what was appropriate this morning will likely not be by this evening.

Amid this inner upheaval, you will find new interests seemingly popping up from nowhere to help you explore more areas than you thought possible.

You will also be easily bored, so you will jump from one activity and person to another perhaps with some inner shame or even fear.

The person you were in 3D was more cautious. New you sometimes seems like an erratic child I want this, no this, and this.

A child in a candy store with the freedom to select what they wish when they want

It just means that you have to do a little conscious testing. Are they flexible when a situation arises,

or do you feel like you have to walk on eggshells lest you jeopardize this burgeoning connection?

For example, say you have a work situation that might require you to arrive late for your date.

Rather than try to get out of this work obligation, a conscious test would be to say to this person,

I’m sorry, something came up at work. Can we shift our date later?
Their response will let you know how receptive they are to your legitimate concerns and needs.

Are they understanding? Do they shut down? Do they punish you afterwards by going silent for a few days? It’s all good information.

Witness the ease. Witness the harmony. Witness how it’s seemingly effortless now. Witness how powerful you are.

When we say witness pure love, you’ll likely notice tears streaming down your face, a deep joy in your heart, a presence.

Witness the pure love because you are stepping into a capacity, a depth of pure love like you have never known before.

And it is that experience of pure love that offers the greatest expansion for your soul on its journey.

There is nothing like witnessing the pure love that you are, that is you, that is all around you. It is so powerful and so important.

It is you. And you’re going to notice all the silly ways,

the ways that you have denied pure love for yourself, for others, and in your world.

You’re going to notice the silly ways that you have denied your own worthiness, the silly ways that you have pretended to deem yourself unworthy.

You have the ability right now to be of service to others in so many ways,

and sometimes you believe that you can be of service to another, and you accept that challenge.

Other times, you don’t know what to do, and you throw up your hands, and you give up on being the helper that someone else needs.

I implore you to know this you don’t have to understand how you are of service to another.

You can simply intend for the person to be healed, or to be living a better life, and that is enough.

It is wonderful that you want to help in the first place, and all of the attempts to help another count.

They matter, and so do you. Now, when you give up on being the answer to the call that someone else has made, just remember that they have their own helpers.

They have their guides, their galactic teams, their ancestors.

They have so many who are already looking after them, and so you can hold space for the individual you want to help by simply imagining them letting in some of that help.

See them opening up to receive what is coming to them from all angles and all dimensions.

Your explorations will not be as overwhelming as you perhaps now expect, for just as new options have opened for you,

so have new skills. Instead of becoming overwhelmed,

you will discover an ability to flit between the many options and select those that are most interesting today but not necessarily tomorrow.

If you return to thoughts of a 3D infant’s evolution,

you will remember how a rattle was extremely interesting one day and learning to walk the next. So it will be for you.

Multiple areas of interest and expertise will evolve as you evolve emotionally and physically.

The phase you are now entering is a sort of welcome,

allowing you to review your options over and over again as you mature into your new being.

The next few days are not a punishment but, instead, a broadening of your knowledge,

allowing you to select what is right for you at that moment and discarding that which no longer serves you.

In a sense, you are shedding your old skin and adapting to skin with new options,

a skin that will also be shed as you mature further into new you.

So from here on, your life becomes effortless ease, truly abundant, knowing your worthiness,

knowing how powerful you are, witnessing the New Earth all around you,

witnessing instead of reacting, witnessing instead of getting triggered, witnessing instead of entangling.

You’re witnessing pure love. You’re witnessing pure love. You’re witnessing pure love.

And there’s no judgment in those moments that you notice that you have judged yourself or another.

There is no judgment of your judgment. There is only pure love.

And you’re going to start to witness true creation from a state of knowing how worthy you are.

You’re going to notice destiny coming to you while also knowing how worthy you are of truly having it all, master, because it’s all here for you.

You’re going to notice your light moving into form as your reality reflects to you all that you have expanded into.

There’s no more unworthiness. You have transcended. There is no more lack and limitation.

You have transcended. There is no more limitation. You have transcended.

You have ascended beyond all the we’ll call traps or silly games that keep you stuck and keep you small.

You have gone beyond the things in the human experience that entangle you in lower vibrations and frequencies that keep you from realizing and witnessing your New Earth now.

And if you feel that you have a hard time helping others because you don’t have all of your gifts and abilities yet, then you can do the same.

Simply sit and open up to the help that you have coming, to the activations,

attunements and upgrades, and know that you are in receiving mode as soon as you decide that you are.

Let go of your angst, and let go of your belief that there is something you need to do in order to earn those abilities.

If you want to help, there are helpers then lining up to help you help others.

And as I have already said, you are of great service any time that you even desire for someone else to be healed or live a better life.

Send those intentions out like ripples across the surface of a pond,

and know that your intentions matter, just as your thoughts do.

I am here to help the helpers, the teachers, the masters in training, and I invite you all to call upon me at any time.

But then remember also to relax and open up to receive the help that I freely offer in every moment of every one of your days on Earth.

Even though that last thought sounds ominous,

it is little different from what was true for 3D you as you matured from infant to adult ;

and then to senior shedding your skin and interests with each passing day.

You could not evolve from a 3D infant to a senior without many stages in between.

So, allow yourself to evolve at the pace that is right for you, as well as explore the interests and activities that help you along the way.

This is a new world, and you are a new being with phases and interests that have little to do with who you were in 3D just as an infant has little in common with its senior being.

In developing your support system, Glaser encourages people to look to those souls who know how you tend to behave in new situations.

They have the knowledge to sense when you’re engaging in your typical behavior patterns versus when you’re acting in ways indicating something is amiss.

You need someone in your corner who can provide you with the right balance of listening,

and strategizing solutions for you so that you can create a healthy relationship.

Right now, my army is well-prepared, ready for the Big Day.

Our anxiety does us no harm, because we know exactly how to behave and how to let some feelings not have harmful actions on our health.

But yes, we are excited too. I already said some time ago, that we have already prepared our uniforms,

so that we can look very nice for you; so that the impact is as small as possible.

When you are getting ready to go to sleep at night and you have a question, ask it at that time and then be quiet and allow the answer to come.

Perhaps it will come within the dream itself.

Perhaps it will come in your daily waking state or in your what you call daydreaming state where you have a vision,

perhaps or someone is led to you to assist you in answering that question.

Or perhaps you will come upon a book or some type of reading material or listening material that will answer that question.

But know for sure that your questions will always be answered. Ask and ye shall receive. Seek and ye shall find.

Knock and it shall be opened unto you for those who are ready to hear and see.

These energies are about catapulting you into new experiences, new abilities and gifts, and of course more e.t. contact.

You have been readied, and now is the time to begin the downloading, and so you are more likely to experience surges in energy in your bodies.

You are likely to experience more intuitive hits, more guidance, and more impulses coming from within to take you down very particular paths.

You are now stepping up to be the lightworkers and wayshowers that you have always known yourselves to be.

And again, you are doing so because of your readiness.

You have come to this point of readiness through the work you have done on yourselves;

and because you have been willing to go through the uncomfortable purges that you have.

If you want to maximize the effectiveness of these energies then sit, or lie down, and open yourselves up to them.

Tell the universe that you are ready to receive,

and ask for all of your helpers to assist you in acclimating to the new energies that are propelling you into this new time for humanity of greater connection and your eventual ascension.

We have to agree that many things that were filmed and presented to you are nothing more than the pure truth.

The truth of invasion, the truth of domination and the truth of everything that has been done on this planet for a long time.

But they don’t do it to present themselves, they do it to bring fear, so that you understand that we are always one step away from killing you and destroying you.

That there is no kind of goodness in our hearts.

I tell you, my brothers, we have liberated many planets;

We have already fought hard to destroy those who propagate non-light. Our life is tireless in this sense.

But we are always ready and very excited to release wherever we are in the universe.

We have been here, around your planet for some time now, watching you; learning the culture, learning all kinds of customs that you have, so that we can understand a lot of things.

The way you live and behave. We know that those of the non-light made disciples on the planet, and many.

And very important disciples, who make important decisions, across countries.

We would say here, dear one, that they are attempts to awaken you, attempts to get your,

and sure, not so much Kundalini awakening here, but attempts for your guide, various ones, to get your attention,

to tap you on the shoulder, as you say here, and to, we will just say to get your attention to them, to go within yourself,

for the answer that you are seeking is within yourself, not so much from up here, but know that if you pay attention to that, as you have done, then the answers will come to you.

Those that are attempting to reach you will reach you, and they are actually reaching you as we find it now.

So just open up to it and it will become even more profound throughout the times ahead here.

Yes. We wish to share on this. what we find is that you have been asking a question.

You have been pondering something here. You have been pondering a situation or asking a specific question within yourself.

And you know what this is. What occurs is confirmation of this.

So when you feel that jolt, when you feel that energy, it is confirming an answer for you. It is confirming your idea, you see.

We want a big party. We would like it to be that way.

That we could all hug, toast, dance, for a long time, a whole night, with lots of love and lots of friendship.

We would like it to be that way.

But I have a dream, that this day will come;

in which you will welcome us with a celebration and we will have a beautiful party, filled with love and friendship, among the peoples.

Not just us, the Pleiadians, but all the races that are here around your planet.

There are many. And they all expect the same thing: celebration, joy, companionship, friendship.

I’m sure many of you vibrate this, want this.

And I am sure, you who vibrate like this will be with us, because we know the hearts we can trust.

We know the hearts that respect us. Love will come with time.

But there is a feeling of gratitude for everything we are doing; and we also see it in their hearts.

The first moment will be…, I would say strange, both for us and for you. We see you all the time.

Then we won’t be scared by anything. We already know the human race and practically all its variations.

For you, yes, it will be a moment of great astonishment, due to some of the differences we have.

Skin color, size, face shapes. And many are not humanoid. They are very different.

Very good. And we add here that many of you have had situations not quite as similar to this,

but in some ways, yes, where you have had perhaps your name called during your just going to sleep time,

perhaps, or you have heard a doorbell ring or something that just gets your attention. And this is what this is.

This is your guides attempting to reach you in various ways. We are ready for the next question.

Yes, I have a question. Okay, so I had a dream recently where somebody tried to take some money ;

or whatever out of my purse and I was like, no, you’re not taking that out of there.

And they were very pushy. They were going to take it out of there no matter what.

But what came to my mind afterwards was that it was kind of like not, it was the antithesis of if someone asks for your shirt or your coat, give them your shirt also.

And I think the reason we want to be in that space, if I’m correct, is because number one, you can always get another shirt.

And number two, you know, because we have that power to manifest.

And number two, we don’t want to be in that, that energy of fighting against something or whatever energy that other person brings in.

It’s better to just give the thing. So, but what I noticed though, and this might be true for other people as well,

is that I was not in that faith. And recently having such experiences occurred to me of having things taken.

What it’s for me, I can see it’s for me not about the stuff because generally I’m very generous with stuff and I give to people spontaneously in the neighborhood and everything else.

But it’s about that feeling of violation, like the feeling of someone has violated me really by taking stuff, if you will.

So I would like to know, and I want to be in that space,

and I think it’s important to be in that space of if they ask for a coat, that if they want to take your coat, give them your shirt too.

I would like to know some words of wisdom on how to avoid that experience.

You can continue to see everything as happening for your benefit, and you do not ever need to rush to the conclusion that something is going wrong.

Everything is moving you towards the completion of the shift, and those of you who are aware of this can enjoy the ride.

You can also reassure others that everything is going to be okay,

and you can help them to breathe through whatever experience they are having of discomfort and purging.

As you begin to display your new abilities and hold the energy in your body and in your field,

people will take notice, and you will become more effective leaders for the Newly Awakened Collective.

Because we like some of the things you do here. And we really want to know more about your diet and your foods.

We see you enjoying the dishes you eat with pleasure. We want to try it to see what it’s like.

And we will also show you what we eat.

We don’t have much of a habit of eating anymore, because our bodies don’t need it anymore.

But we still have food on our planets.

And we have a good supply to distribute among you, so that you know little about our customs and our life.

We want to make a lot of exchanges. Exchange of experiences, exchange of stories.

Sit around the campfire, like you do, and talk about our adventures, our battles.

I believe it will be very interesting for you too.

So, my brothers, we are not evil. We are not what they try to say we are.

We are Beings of Light from the Fifth Dimension upwards.

And our life is always lived based on love; in love and respect.

Even those you think don’t deserve it.

There is no judgment on our part. We love everyone equally.

Judgment is something that each soul has on its own, as it reaps what it sows. We are not the ones who judge.

We see something here. The idea of numerology and the idea of astrology,

those ideas are only open to those that have eyes to see and ears to hear and a heart to understand, you see.

Not every being on this planet will acknowledge that these things have any validity, you see. Does this make sense?

Now, we will tell you that the universe…The order of the universe is math, is numbers.

This is difficult to understand, but everything can be deduced down to ones and zeros, you see.

Even a musical instrument, the music is made from numbers. Those that are musical know this.

They know that there are scales and seven notes and seven tones and flats and sharps and these are all assigned numbers, you see.

Numbers are the order by which the universe runs.

So now we will tell you that you asked about Mercury in retrograde causing havoc. It does not for everyone. It does not.

Those that acknowledge and understand it, will be affected by it.

Mercury in retrograde, for example, creates an energy.

And the energy reaches the people, the individuals, the planets that require this energy to move on, to move forward, to comprehend, to understand themselves, you see.

So the energy is directed to those that would learn from it.

Not everyone could possibly understand this, but the universe is acting and reacting to the energies of the beings that occupy the universe,

creating the energies that bounce back and forth from these planetary beings and the stars. This is complex.
