We are always very impressed with how humans handle the amount of darkness that you encounter throughout your lives.

You experience the darkness, the heaviness, the weight of existence there on Earth in many different ways,

and most of you hang in there and endure so much without even having the proper tools to alleviate the pain of carrying that darkness.

You all should be very impressed by yourselves. You can all pat yourselves on the back, and you can look at others as well, differently, knowing that they too took on a lot in this lifetime.

Everyone has their cross to bear; everyone is working through some very heavy stuff from their genetic line, from their childhood, from their past lives.

Our entire Universe is on a trajectory for great change.

Your planet is an active pivotal point for this shifting consciousness that is pre-destined to take place across the entire Universe.

Giant ripples arising from the central magnetic core of Earth will begin, to emanate across the Universe at the end of this calendar month ,as your earth plane begins to embody a higher consciousness network.

Love flows, love heals and love is everywhere.

Anyone who chooses love becomes the designer of their life and everything rebuilds itself.

To live love in a loveless world means to withdraw from the world, means to step out of the matrix, means to live according to the divine and not the earthly laws.

Your life changes radically as soon as you radically choose the path of love.

This means that you claim all your power by saying goodbye to everything that suggests your own powerlessness.

This means embarking on one’s own transformation and clarifying one’s own imperfect matters.

Love can be lived by those who have worked their way through to their own self and who have seen their own unrestricted beauty.

You will first indeed gather around you, your Guardian Angel, and the Ascended Masters of your own Soul Group,

and thus you will discuss why you choose to incarnate here, and indeed whatever you need to bring to humanity and planet earth,

as well as the soul lessons in highest mastery you wish to gain.

At this momentous time, when your soul indeed knew that the New Earth would be born and the New Golden Age,

and the Old Earth would cease to exist, many of your own soul group, decided to incarnate with you.

These are your true soul brother and sister, and indeed they often incarnated with you to fulfill a specific calling, and thus indeed often were part of the Group Soul incarnation.

You will often find such group incarnations, in those who formed the Base of the Mystery Schools, as well as certain groupings of Esoteric Knowledge.

And everyone there on Earth right now should be celebrated just for being there and being willing to wade through all of the muck that was there before you were even born into this lifetime.

Now, you all who are awake, who are members of what we call the Awakened Collective, you are the lightbringers, the lightworkers.

You are the ones who do have the tools and do have the knowledge and can lead by example and show others how it’s done.

Many of you tried the other methods first. You tried drowning the pain, the darkness.

You tried avoiding, pushing it down, denying its very existence, and none of that works.

And as awakened souls, you now know that and you can move forward with the truth that you hold within you that all of this stuff needs to be accepted, embraced, processed, and ultimately released to allow more of the light in.

The high-frequency energies that are upon you right now are helping you to purge all of it,

but it helps to have an awareness of what is happening when you are in the midst of one of these purges.

These ripples will create a strong vibrational current pulsing within the planet birthing an expanded alignment between the Earth and the Sun.

The Sun’s path around the planet is designed to shift increasing the impact that the solar flares have on your earth plane.

An expansive arena of the multidimensional alternate reality spaces will begin to reopen, these sacred spaces will blend throughout the planet as a natural phenomenon.

The blending of these spaces on Earth will bring about an accelerated alignment of consciousness, clarity of truth to those of you on an awakened path.

Be still and realign through your Heart. Take moments throughout the day to achieve this simple action of returning to that, which is the doorway realigning you back to clarity, truth.

These moments will accumulate, reopening doorways to create a rapid change of transmutation.

There are two types: those who claim to be in love and those who are actually in love.

The difference is that the former flee from unredeemed reality into the illusion of love ;and that the latter have mastered the unbearable aspects of earthly reality ,

and are creating a new reality for themselves on the foundation of self-knowledge the reality of love.

Whoever transforms his lack into abundance, who has healed his pain and who has let the light into every corner of his soul, is empowered by love.

Are you looking for love? Find it in yourself! Are you looking for the light? Find it within yourself!

Overcome your fears, remove the big and small obstacles, penetrate your being and see yourself.

Everything is made of love. Remember! Remember what you came from and why your spirit took form. Composed of light, you are love.

When Atlantis fell and many of these souls being persecuted in other lifetimes, it was agreed that the knowledge would henceforth be stored fully in the soul itself, and not written down in books, etc.

Thus, the soul would access its own soul memory bank and that of the Monad and the Divine Source,

and thus bring this information, knowledge and wisdom to the planet earth, at this time in its purest and uncontaminated forms.

Thus a mass awakening of souls is occurring, who now remember the truth of who and what they in truth are, and bringing this back to humanity.

If you belonged to any of these groupings, then you will find that certain names, certain places, certain sacred sites, certain books or teachings will trigger your soul memory banks.

For me this has always been, when I asked questions, and books would literally fall off the library shelves and open by itself and the answers would just jump out at me.

Thus I have learned, to always ask the Divine and my Higher Guides and the answers would come when I was ready to receive such.

Now, I simply ask, and the answers will just be transmitted through me, and my soul, or I will be led to the answers,

and my soul will resonate at the deepest levels with the information given, the Divine Mother will provide me directly with answers.

Letting go of darkness feels good after it’s done, but during the process it can be a harrowing, unpleasant experience, to say the least.

And so, again, you have to be gentle with yourselves and others because of how much you know you all took on.

If someone is being mean, or rude to you, remember the weight that they carry and know that they are having a particularly bad time.

Not everyone knows what to do when they have fear, sadness, anger, anxiety, frustration, and all of the other negative emotions stirring around inside of them.

But, again, you as the Awakened Collective, do know what to do, and every time you face the darkness, allow it to be what it is, and even embrace it,

you show others how it’s done, and you add something to the collective consciousness that is for the betterment of all.

It is true that you are doing this, because we witness it all the time,

and we see the effects you are having on the collective that is humanity and the collective that is this universe, and we know that you will continue to do so,

because it is the only way, and because of our little reminder here. That’s what we give you most of the time.

We give you reminders so that you can focus in such a way that you know what to do when something comes up.

You release that forgetting mode that you sometimes get stuck in, along with the rest of humanity.

And we see you all making the choice for the light over and over again, and that is something else to be very proud of as a human being living on Earth at this time.

Each time you consciously align to your Heart there is an energetic shift within the entire planet because you are forging a powerful path for others to follow.

Remember you are a Way Shower. This has always been going to be part of the role that you were destined to play.

Simple actions by you that create vast shifts on the planet while simultaneously creating a sacred momentum of a returning within you.

This is the time for you to self-launch by beginning to activate a higher vibrational light within your Heart.

To achieve this, each time you align anchor the words, I AM

. These words anchor the truth of your own divine heritage, the words naturally activate a quickening through your heart cells, which transmits a calling of truth to all cells in your physical body.

Your cells begin to wake-up, they carry your divine frequency of light. The words “I AM”, automatically radiates out your unique Heart pulse throughout the entire Universal arena.

This is how Earth starts to become a pivotal point for Universal change. This changing elemental begins with you.

Between your collective Heart frequencies, a pure frequency of truth is interwoven throughout our resident Universe with your unique Heart frequency.

Each one of you is powerful in your own right. You carry within your Heart a unique divine component that does not exist within any other living frequency within the entire Universe.

An aspect of your mission is to begin to unleash the living frequency within your Heart. The Timeline is now to begin this process.

Collectively those of you in human bodies hold the power for this complete Universal shift.

The Whole of Creation, and your soul is indeed like a cosmic resonance detector.

The highest truth for your soul will always resonate deeply within you. You will recognize the truth and you will resonate with the truth as your soul will remember.

I have always known that I have a deep connection with the Mystery Schools,

and thus throughout my life, apart from what has been directly given to me, I have found comes to me, in deep resonance.

Thus the Cathar teachings, the Essences teachings, and indeed others, have triggered my soul memory banks, and even what was before they were on earth.

For Divine Truth, has always been held in tiny pockets of Lightworkers on earth, since its fall.

Because of severe persecutions, so much has been lost, but indeed has never been lost, but is held within my soul, yours and others who have held such.

This why the inner teachings were always held within the inner groupings, and thus held to be so sacred,

that one first had to go through initiations, and purifications, before once was allowed to access such teachings.

It was not to withhold, but indeed, it has to do with the soul’s readiness to receive such information, and indeed to become it, from the depths of the heart and soul and all of one’s Being!

Know that you as a planet are on track for this happening to take place. All is in hand and the entire Universe is working as a team to assist Earth.

Only those of you in human form can take these essential steps into self-empowerment through the Heart.

These steps open your potential to work within the many sacred geometrical forms within the earth plane for a further transmutation of your planet.

Your natural heritage comes from individual star families in this Universe.

Each one of you has a family of origin off planet and your multidimensional Heart carries the sacred lineage energy of your Family of Origin.

As you choose to engage through the awakening of your Heart you begin to activate the natural alignment back to your Family of Origin off planet.

Know that an aspect of your Higher Self intelligence arises from your star family aspect.

The aspect of your star family signature is more highly evolved than your human self.

As you realign to your star family frequency you begin to align to the higher gifts of consciousness that have always been yours by birthright.

The original design was that you are to begin to utilize these higher gifts of consciousness in this lifetime to assist you in creating the energies necessary to support the transition of Earth and all of humanity.

Your Star family is here to assist you, there are pre-agreements made to be utilized and fulfilled now. All interaction with your Star family is done through telepathic communion,

and this communion can only be received by you through your Heart.

Your Heart is linked fully into your telepathic center and Pineal. This is part of your multidimensional functioning of your sacred system.

Your loved ones are receiving life support by being in your presence.

So there is no need to lecture, beg, plead, hope for, or any other approach that indicates you are their instructor and they are your pupil.

The process of healing demands patience, for shedding all protective layers abruptly can overwhelm the physical and spiritual Aspects of being,

navigating each deepening layer with care and gentleness, allowing time for adjustments and integration of healed aspects.

Trusting that this unfolding occurs incrementally and precisely when needed.

Amidst the transformative shift of eras, detaching from the old energy and paradigms allows for the flow with the evolving energies guiding you towards a renewed self.

The universe stands as a steadfast ally, always offering guidance and support along the Ascension journey, providing solace, blessings, and the love you truly deserve.

I might have mistakenly conveyed that without thousands of hours there is no hope. It’s not at all like that.

Think of a mound of sand, every grain you add to it, will increase the size of the pile.

If you keep adding, it’ll ultimately no longer be a mound but a mountain.

An addition of one tiny grain of sand is imperceptible, but we can’t deny that without that, the mountain will be one particle smaller.

Keep adding or keep taking away and soon the difference will be more than visible.

Every moment of quality meditation is that grain of sand.

It will happen when the time comes and that moment in time is imminent.

The question is important, but what is much more important is that you are internally supported by the certainty that everything on this ,and all worlds is being fulfilled according to God’s plan.

A human life is short and many events cannot be accomplished and experienced in a human life.

So we are born again, again and again, until what we have recorded in our universal blueprint as humans and as humanity is fulfilled.

As a new being in this new world, you must understand that others are as capable as you.

You are not better or worse than anyone. You are you. But you are not them, nor do you want to be.

If you had the same needs and interests as others, you would revert to 3D sameness and social control.

This new world requires independence and personal capabilities.

If you were to help or, in reality, push others in the direction you felt best, you would be pushing them onto your path not theirs.

Others are as capable as you.

Something difficult to remember because, for eons, you have subconsciously known you were an earth angel protecting, herding, and directing others to this new world. That role is over.

Releasing the programmed notion of enduring needless suffering; instead, focusing on nurturing your spiritual growth.

Embracing the truth, dispelling fears, and aligning with your higher calling alongside Spirit for profound soul salvation.

Cultivating a symbiotic relationship with your higher self to liberate self from depleting karmic cycles, developing fearlessness as you ascend.

Forging firmer boundaries with others, honing your responses and authenticity on this evolutionary path.

Letting go of relationships that hinder your progress, you embrace a kinder, more patient approach towards ascending self.

Embracing the feeling of vibrational alignment and progress, even amidst the transient doubts.

The physical body is a vessel on this Earthly journey it communicates its needs through various signals.

Listening attentively to your body, acknowledging any imbalances or blockages it may be signaling.

Treating your body with love, gentleness, and respect, nurturing it and valuing its messages.

Monitoring your thoughts closely, as they hold significant power over your well-being.

The number one side effect of good meditation is that you sort of develop a natural detachment towards everything and everyone around you.

It doesn’t mean that you no longer love what you do or that you don’t love your friends and family anymore.

It simply means that somehow you experience this deep contentment and bliss within you.

You realize the impermanent nature of this world. Things and objects you held in high regard earlier, hold little value now.

That promotion, car, house or vacation, if they happen good, if they don’t, good. You care but you no longer lose sleep over such matters.

This is one of the irreversible side effects. If earlier you could listen to loud music and socialize at parties and dance all night, you just find most of that pointless now.

Your friends and colleagues may drag you to such parties and you may oblige them.

You will even smile and engage in conversations in such settings, but the truth is deep within you can’t wait to get out of there and be back in the quiet and warm setting of your home.

Earlier when you could shake a leg or two at the loud music, now you might be shaking your head and the music will give you an earache.

The difficulty for humans is to adopt this overarching perspective during their existence on earth, even in difficult times.

Then, when doubts arise and fears arise, it is important to stay oriented and nurture the certainty that everything is happening in the right divine timing. This is the art that is required of you today.

There is no other way to cope with this time of waiting and expectation. Because in all your doing and being, the main thing now is to have the necessary patience for the last meters of change,

the last meters before there is light, before the sublime time spreads all its magic before you.

I have experienced this myself too many times to doubt the divine timing.

Whether I still experience the golden age in this life is completely immaterial to me. God directs and I act according to the purest conscience and best judgment.

However, I see that a lot of people are becoming impatient because they have been waiting for the change for a long time.

Despite all the efforts that change demands of us, we are still waiting for the word of heaven.

Essentially, it’s about recognizing, based on external events, that the train towards the New Earth has really picked up speed.

But not everyone can perceive this. Some people just need these signs from heaven.

This new world is different in ways you cannot yet imagine, for it is the opposite of what you once expected of the earth and yourself.

It cannot be otherwise. Because when you transition from fear to love, the spectrum of your beliefs, activities, and emotions also transition.

That is unless you refuse to accept what is new. Something many of you are attempting without success.

Attempts that are merely moving you off your chosen path and confusing those you are trying to shift in ways you know are best for them.

New world, new thoughts, and new actions.

Perhaps you do not understand that concept because your need to herd others to the right place is so deeply ingrained you do not know you are herding, forcing, encouraging, or trying to help others find YOUR path.

In 3D, there was a clear line between those who were capable and those who were not.

The correct action was to herd those not capable into the capable corral.

For indeed, it was a corral Follow me, and you will be healthy, wealthy, and wise. Struggle to find your own path, and you will be lost.”

Recognising that negative thoughts, emotions, and attitudes can impact our health, and compromise our well being emphasising the importance of nurturing a positive mindset.

Practicing positivity in waking conscious hours activates transformation in self beliefs and attitudes, consequently influencing the physical well-being positively.

Enlightened starseeds embody the essence of self-healing and alchemy, transmuting past traumas into sources of strength and wisdom.

They channel inner turmoil into fortified boundaries, childhood wounds into their highest purpose and ancestral burdens into blessings for the future seeding on ascending earth,

highlighting the profound power within.

Harnessing the lesson of channeling negative energy from past pain into constructive actions is a transformational and empowering journey that profoundly enhances life and positively impact others.

Fear is the ego’s illusions, transcending limiting beliefs through endurance and dissolution, paving the way for profound personal and collective transformation.

It can be quite disconcerting at first but one thing you unmistakably and repeatedly experience is the talkative nature of your mind.

So much so that at times you wonder how you used to live earlier and if your mind was as chatty back then too.

Awareness is the first step in any corrective step. With increasing awareness, you start questioning your thoughts and emotions too.

Why am I feeling this way? Why am I thinking like this about this person? What is the reason of my current craving?

And so on… Without this awareness, it is impossible to harness your mental and spiritual energy.

Be it in your forehead or on the crown of your head, perhaps on one of the chakras or coursing throughout your body, you experience profound and beautiful sensations.

What you also notice is that while these sensations are blissful for the most part, at times they can be distracting.

It took me months to normalize myself after I came off the peak meditation practice.

These sensations at times even bothered me because they were deep and constant.

They would not spend any time or energy on their own transformation.

A publicly announced date would confuse and worry people more than the long wait would tire them.

What is important to understand is that this ONE event is brought about by your inner change.

Through your transformation work, you are drawing this moment in human history into your reality.

The closer you get to your true inner core, the stronger your self-confidence becomes and the deeper you penetrate into your divinity,

the more compelling the events that correspond to your becoming conscious become.

Your inner growth is the prerequisite for every external event.

The INSIDE and the OUTSIDE depend on each other and so you are now subjected to this great test to pull the weeds in God’s vineyard until the great harvest can be reaped.

This divine message serves as a reminder for introspection and inquiry into the process of timeline shifting .

Trust that when the moment is right, you will intuitively recall the steps to transition smoothly.

It is time for starseeds and lightworkers to embark on this journey of remembrance and recall by making the leap and transition fully into New Earth.

Our mind, body, and soul are synchronising, resetting, and awakening to propel us towards a higher paradigm, where we will transition into new timelines and realities.

This marks a pivotal phase in our ascension journey, characterised by new opportunities and the unlocking of dormant potentials,

paving the way for innovative ways of existence that may incite temporary chaos but ultimately lead to growth.

Embracing trust and positivity amidst the waves of change is so beneficial .

By attuning ourselves to the expanding light frequencies, we are facilitating the release of outdated patterns, illuminating our own inner radiance, and inspiring and uplifting those around us.

One of the most remarkable outcomes of good meditation over a prolonged period is that you become more humble.

Not just polite or courteous, humble. Even if you are offered a pedestal, you turn it down.

In the beginning stages of meditation, as you start to unleash the power of your mind, feelings of superiority can creep in but as time passes,

the exact opposite happens you choose humility and service over any other option.

You discover the immense strength that lives in humility like fire in an ember.

You know for a fact that by being humble you will not hurt others.

Intense and peak meditation gives you an incredible boost of willpower. With better awareness,

an open and loving heart, with kindness seeped into your bones, something remarkable happens: you set a very high benchmark for yourself.

With newfound deep reserves of willpower, you are able to live up to your own standards.

I can’t even begin to stress the importance of living by your principles. It’s hugely empowering and liberating. You feel so in control of yourself.

In the beginning, meditation is a pure mental act and requires a lot of mental energy.

As you do it, you feel hungry. With a mind at ease, you even tend to eat and sleep more than usual.

But, as time progresses, you find that you derive greater nutrition from your meals. You find them more fulfilling and your appetite for food and sleep diminishes.

Once your brain gets used to the new level of awareness, you start eating and sleeping a bit more but never quite like the pre-meditation times.

You find yourself brimming with energy even if you want to rest at times.

Your task is to live your assignments with complete dedication, to remain firmly anchored in today,

here and now and not to let the thought cinema about a still vague future put you to sleep or throw you off course.

Continue on your path of transformation, become complete within yourself and time no longer has power over you!

When will it be? When your development coincides with time.

Mastering impatience means moving in the timeless reality of God.

Questions and answers then no longer have any meaning, because you know: everything will be given at the right time.

You struggled for eons to eradicate that caretaking role, to allow, and more importantly, to encourage others to find their path.

Directing others to your path is counterproductive for both of you.

More importantly, doing so eradicates the objectives you struggled for eons to help earth beings achieve.

Independence, freedom, and joy are one path. As are dependence, sameness, and fear.

Which do you choose for yourself? More importantly, for this message, which do you choose for those you love?

As you establish yourself in the practice of meditation, after a while, you sort of become a rebel and develop this couldn’t-care-less attitude.

Some of your friends and loved ones may not just call you crazy but may even vehemently oppose you taking up meditation.

They may try to convince you that the new path you have chosen for yourself is nothing but ignorant and unnecessary.

But, believe me, keep walking and watch everyone around you marvel at what good meditation will do to you.

What’s more, you’ll be able to make a positive difference in the lives of many people.

Above all, your self-esteem will hit an all-time high.

a side effect is an effect, whether therapeutic or adverse, that is secondary to the one intended.

Therefore, if these are the side effects, what is the intended effect of meditation then … Awakening.

the Universe is one team. Just like you cannot go further than the slowest rower on a boat, for it is one team rowing,

you cannot access further thoughts than the collective, the one Human family.

So Thank God people are waking up and people are breaking the old patterns and people are asking,

because of that, there is more available to tap into, more help coming.

It is like a birth of a new era! A new deposit of time!

This new time is not only a timeline, no, it is much more!

This new time is a new world, a new universe if you like!

A timeline can be more narrow!

And how does this work? What does it mean?

The acceleration of the universe that you already live in has gained momentum and have actually reached a new world,

this new time, and it is very unusual, but yet we have known about it for a long while.

It has also increased the number of people observing and understanding life today.

Unfortunately, the noise in the hearts of many still drowns out these quiet changes.

Once, in silence and peace, the attention is shifted, it becomes another world with a new reality opening up.

It is imperative that humanity rises and awakens, so that at least a large part of the population sets a course for the Light and is not diverted from it.

Planet Earth is moving from 3rd and 4th density into the fifth dimension.

Where home is only for those who wish to continue in this density and have adapted their life cycle but not yet is completed.

Although it may seem now that there is no way out of this ugly situation where the dark forces still have the upper hand, the truth is very different. Their battle is lost and ours is won!

we, contrary to what many in your realm would believe, we are actually happy.

And this does not mean that we are neutral to what is unfolding upon your realm.

But we see all things through a very different lens. We see that humanity is being challenged and tasked to face and confront much at an individual level but also at a collective level.

But this is, what we would say, the stage of confrontation. It is about needing to confront what the collective can no longer be complacent about.

What we see is that there is a grand shake-up with regards to humanity’s intolerance to what has long been unfolding. And so, it is all coming to a boil. It is all coming to a tee.

It doesn’t matter if you are among the first or last, or somewhere in the middle, completing the journey is the goal.

And now, more than ever it is possible, feasible, and many are doing it, giving you the opportunity to tap into what they know and received,

in other words, rise to the consciousness they have realized, the truth they’ve realized, and break free from the old patterns of thought and beliefs.

And if the Human collective is one, the universal collective is one. It is all one big, giant team.

It matters not if you are the slow rider, get inspired by those ahead.

Even Ascended Masters are there to show you the way, to tell you that you can do it too. The whole Universe is saying you can do it.

This is a present for you! And how do you feel it, and how can you understand this? Very important questions!

Well firstly this new world is corresponding to love and patience and gratitude!

Yes when I say this I actually mean that it can feel you! And then it lets you join! You see, it is alive!

This new time is a living being and it feels you and your intentions!

You can not interact with this energy, if you are even the slightest greedy or needy for something that is not pure love!

My recommendations for you is to meditate on being, existing, here and now, and accepting oneness with Universe, the great universal Motherhood.

Every plant, every animal on Earth is already connected!

If you search peace, you will find peace!

If you search for good things you will always find it!

But now you will find that it is all within you, you already have it!

The energy for the final breakthrough is now building among the people, and on a day that no one can predict,

the full extent of the lies will come to light, quite unexpectedly, and be seen and understood by the masses.

To discover that they have been grandly deceived on all fronts by their authorities.

At that point, through the supremacy of the people, everything will change for the better and everyone will turn to the light.

Think of the time now as preparation, but know that it will definitely happen. The cabal matrix is broken, it is all about our mass awakening.

Everyone must be able to see the criminal thugs with their own eyes to know who and how they are. Corrupt thugs who have done untold harm to the people.

The deeper you are rooted within yourself, the more you are connected to your soul, the greater the understanding of your cosmic connections. The easier and more harmonious you can live.

What is happening on the surface is only but part of the tip of the iceberg.

What is happening beneath what is beginning to emerge is a greater and deeper stand within the energy of compassion.

Humanity is more compassionate towards those who are suffering as opposed to accepting that war, inequality, and injustice are just part of life.

Humanity is actually being called to speak up and speak out and not to tolerate this, to begin to make changes and to unify and to see beyond these manufactured divisions.

So we hold you all. We are compassionate to your plight, to what is unfolding, but the energy of the human collective is actually growing brighter.

And as for this very vast team of Beings, there are so many that are coming together.

And the team continues to grow. And so the support is far, far more than what anyone has any idea of.

You are so supported. And we are with you. We know it has been difficult, but we assure you that it is absolutely triggering positive realizations, and changes that are a necessity and essential for what must come.

Stop perceiving your reality with these broken glasses. Remove those glasses. Believe in the impossible and make it possible, for all things are possible.

And how do you remove those glasses? Ask your heart how does it feel in the moment? Is your heart worried, concerned, or is it at peace, at one?

Your mind always comes up with stories. Your heart knows. It is the seat of your truth, of your being, your Inner God Self if you want.

Just BE and breathe love and as I said meditate on; I AM! WE ARE ONE!

Your serenity within will join the serenity of the new era and you will be warmly welcomed, because your are awaited my dear friend!

You do not have to search high and low for this, you have already done the hard work, now you just have to realize that you are already there!

You are here right where you are, and by loving yourself unconditionally, and letting go of the old, you can feel the unity of this new era of love!

Everything revolves around independent, autonomous thinking; unfortunately, few have been taught this.

The emphasis is on autonomous thinking and the use of individual intuition. The classic followership attitude is discouraged.

The power of the dark villains will give way the day the people rise up en masse and take back Planet Earth,

which belongs to us. Remember that many have yet to tune into this positive shift and it takes time.

What is happening now is the greatest and most beautiful challenge to unite humanity to cleanse, protect and preserve the Earth as the jewel of the divine universe.

Yes, there is much positivity on the horizon. But there will also be challenges. But do not be discouraged when the challenges arise.

Remember that they are part of the process that sometimes one needs to run a fever before one can heal.

You are all perhaps in the thick of this fever. But like all fevers, it will break.

This does not only impact Earth and humanity. Again, because you are a broad family,

what unfolds within the collective of humanity always has an impact, much like a reverberation of energy throughout the collectives.

And Earth is not alone, that it is emerging along with many others.

We wish to speak to you today of the protocols of the fifth dimensional vibration that you now wish to understand in order to access it for yourselves in your daily reality.

The question has been asked, “What do we need to do to ascend to the fifth dimension?”

Understand that there are preparations and purifications of consciousness that must take place.

Basically, in the new reality that is now being established on the surface of your planet, the fifth dimension is not a place you will go to,

but rather a state of beingness you will attain that will gradually establish the fifth dimension in your present realm.

The fifth dimension is a vibration, or rather a marriage of vibrations, represented by the energies of love, trust, compassion, faith, grace and gratitude, a frequency of the purest form.

The structures and organization of our societies in the fifth dimension flow organically from an integration of these energies by the individuals who reside here.

Our Lemurian community in Telos mirrors our fifth dimensional experience as an outpouring of our combined manifestation and embodiment of these qualities in heartfelt communion with all that surrounds us.

Very few of you do not experience suffering, but the majority of humanity do have food and shelter,

and in your awareness of the suffering of so many others, you are, by your very presence,

choosing to assist in providing these essentials of human existence to those who are without them.

Truly, just helping one person in need once has an enormous effect, because it is a true expression of Love,

and as more and more of you express your individual love for humanity your brothers and sisters planet-wide the Tsunami of Love grows and intensifies.

You can have no idea of the importance and effectiveness of even just one simple gift of love offered to another.

Love is what you are and, deep within yourselves, you do know it, and your purpose right now is to become fully aware of this while experiencing life in human form.

By doing so you automatically invite and allow the Tsunami to flow through you with increasing strength,

greatly assisting others to do likewise as they too begin to feel the love flowing within them and through them,

and as they take joy in their individual intent to be only loving whatever arises.

You are both One, individually, and All, collectively,

and as your awareness and acceptance of this divine truth envelops you your only desire is to share it freely and constantly,

and doing this purely by just being is your path to awakening.

Most important of these practices is the offering of compassion and non-violent communication in thoughts, words, deeds and feelings.

Indeed, self-compassion forms the cornerstone of the spiritual awakening necessary if one is to recognize and integrate this fifth dimensional vibration.

This vibration already exists around you at all times.

As the frequency of the planet herself becomes more and more refined,

each one of us is responsible to purify and refine their own vibration no matter what dimension we reside in.

We do this for the evolution of our Divine Essence, and we do this for the greatest good of all kingdoms which reside on and within this glorious planet we call Mother.

This is a solemn and divine responsibility that does not rest lightly on your shoulders, and yet, confers on you a grace that is unparalleled in the history of the Earth.

You now can walk as masters and mentors yourself, even if your human form may not seem to mesh well with your remembrances of other times and places where limitlessness and infinite possibility abounded.

We say to you with all of the truth that our hearts can share, that now, this present moment in Earth history, is a time of infinite possibility.

This is the magical time of creation from the highest divine source to the densest in your physical reality.

We know and feel your hearts greet ours in this truth, although your minds still struggle to grasp the full scope of what we are telling you.

Your minds still demand ritual and rules, and proof that is irrefutable, before you will step one foot upon this new path.

So we will work today with practices that, if you will allow them, can bring you back to the frequency of faith and trust instead of doubt and denial.

Truly, Love in action, Love awakening into awareness of Itself, and in doing so,

helping to awaken and heal all who have forgotten their true nature the Reality of who they are is your only purpose while experiencing the unreality,

the dream or nightmare of life in form.

All who are suffering as a consequence of their choice to experience the unreality of separation from Source,

by entering into the dream or nightmare of apparent separation from God, are greatly honored for their loving choice to do so,

knowing and accepting that by making this choice that they would suffer.

What they have chosen to do is a choice of enormous Love and courage.

Eternal Union with God is the only Reality, and it is the eternal state of existence of every single one of God’s divine creations.

Nevertheless, the choice to enter the illusion, the unreal and non-existent state of separation, led you into a seemingly extremely long tunnel of darkness,

where the Light of Love could not be seen, because of the amnesia in which that darkness enveloped you.
