There is a natural vast shift within the rhythm of pure light that is creating a series of layered transformational structures to anchor throughout the earth planet.

These multidimensional shifts are designed to build higher elevations of consciousness for those of you who are awakening.

There is a celebration throughout the entire Universal realms as we witness those of you on this path accelerate further within your evolutionary process.

We witness you begin to play a much more conscious role in your awakening process.

When we are unaware of our deepest inner guidance, we create an ego to take control of our lives.

It has no higher guidance and is based on fear of suffering, lack and feeling isolated and ultimately alone.

We build the ego with all of the negative experiences that we want to avoid.

Keeping this fear alive requires conscious realization of its reality. We create the reality by recognizing it and feeling its effects on us.

It doesn’t matter if we like it or despise it. Only our realization of what is real matters.

Our choice in this matter creates our vibratory level, essentially creating the qualities of our experiences.

Take a deep, slow breath and exhale very slowly. In so doing, you have just decided to love yourself.

You have chosen to allow life and spirit to flow into your body, nourish your cells,

encourage the cleansing flow of lymph, increase circulation, and invite us to come closer and help to create balance in your mind, body, and spirit.

You have just made a strong statement to the universe, I am open to receive life and love.

Your experience of time is changing in your day-to-day living reality, know that these changes will continue to unfold within your reality on Earth.

This speeding up is due to a higher elevation of light entering the planet.

There is to be an expansive build-up, a feeling of speeding’, as Earth beings to move into this higher alternate arena of consciousness.

If we want more interesting and fulfilling lives, we can open ourselves to our ability to create the reality we want in our experiences.

Our choices are living in a realm where everything is wonderful or living in a realm that includes instability and difficulties.

Through the vibrations of our state of being, we create an energetic wave pattern around ourselves,

attracting compatible energetic patterns that resonate with our energy, and repelling those that don’t.

There is attraction and repulsion of positive and negative energetic polarities.

Hold on to your divinity, to your uniqueness, to your awareness! Hold on to the paths your soul reveals to you and the possibilities your heart offers you.

The end of this great game on earth will be GOOD, LIGHTFUL, SUBLIME, there is no doubt about that!

So do not doubt and continue to work consistently and unwaveringly on an intact, vital and loving connection with GOD.

Your Creator knows you and your Creator knows your needs, your Creator intervenes in your life.

The purpose is that GOD lives with people, in people and through people.

People who are full of doomsday scenarios and who constantly feed their consciousness with negative reports will experience a downfall of their own inner world.

What is true is that the ascension and resurrection of humanity is happening and it is happening now!

A clarified consciousness knows the way and knows the outcome of this game.

Remove the fog from your consciousness and you will gain security.

The security that is needed now to manifest the new and eliminate all inhumanity from this earth.

Likewise, every time you choose to simply accept yourself as you are, you are releasing resistance to love.

When we speak of resistance, we are not talking about a mental blockage to love.

We are talking about tuning into a lower vibration that blocks the unending flow of love from reaching you as strongly as it could.

Water, for example, is available in your faucet. It is ready to flow at all times.

Much of the time, and for good reason, the faucet is off, thus resisting the flow of the water.

When you open the faucet, you release all resistance, and the water that was there, just waiting, begins to flow.

Similarly, Divine love is always there, emanating from the Source, waiting for you to allow it to pour into your mind, body, and soul.

Here is the good news. Any simple, self-loving, self-soothing, self-accepting,

or other loving choice allows it to flow to you in the moment that you begin vibrating in the frequency of love.

As you let go and choose to launch yourself through the avenue of your Heart you are constantly being received within higher space of alternate reality settings.

Remember your Heart is you launch pad to authentic reconnection.

There is to be a building of intensity within your energetic systems as each one of you undergoes levels of transmutation.

Your Heart, which is one of your most powerful tools has undergone and continues to unfold into a further rapid transmutation process.

As you choose reconnection to your sacred Heart, the awakening aspect of your evolution is being made readily accessible on more accelerated levels.

Within these changes there is a re-emergence of your sacred potential, a remembering taking place, a returning of your natural multidimensional gifts.

There will be a total reorientation of your sacred senses in certain moments as you undergo this ‘remembering’ process.

When we choose to practice being positive as much as possible, we can begin to recognize our deep inner knowing.

This is the source of our ability to realize what is real. Our physical experiences stimulate our physical senses.

By remembering what they are like, we can align with those realities in our imagination and feel ourselves interacting with them.

By recognizing, resolving and transcending all limiting beliefs about ourselves, we free ourselves to open our awareness to our eternal, infinite essence of Being.

Practicing being in a constant state of gratitude in every moment, including the difficult ones, directs us into a path of life-enhancement.

Many moments of creative energy line up for manifestation in our lives. These moments are coming quickly now and more intensely.

We are always feeling vibratory patterns. When we focus on them,

we can either align with their vibrations and give them reality for us, or we can change our focus to energetic patterns that are more fulfilling.

So many of you criticize yourself for your habits. I spend too much. I drink too much. I eat too much. I sit around too much…

We understand that you realize there are other things you want to do, other versions of.

yourself that you may want to become, but in reality, most of you are judging yourself by criteria others have impressed upon you.

What is too much, dear ones? Who gets to decide? Our answer is that you get to decide.

You get to decide when something lifts you vs. when it begins to drag you down.

You get to decide when something tastes good vs. when you start feeling you are not even tasting.

You get to decide when spending feels like self-love vs. when it feels like filling an empty gap.

No one else gets to tell you what is right or wrong for you. You get to decide.

No one else walks in your shoes, lives in your body, or experiences your unique mind and feelings based on your very personal history and present moment.

An investigation within these arising spaces with your conscious awareness through your own curiosity will allow you to fully embrace the essence held within these expansive openings.

Understand these alternate arena’s carry aspects of your unique higher light signature for you to realign.

Bringing your awareness into the Heart space supports you being able to integrate and align within the changing moment.

As you begin to reference and engage in your life’s moments through your Heart space,

you will feel a higher sense of balance within the experience itself.

Consciously choosing to take this action within your Heart ,will totally support you as you move through this transitional path.

There is nothing that your Ego mind can understand or reference within the arena of your awakening path that you are on at this juncture.

To support your human aspect during this transitional phase, give your Ego mind specific 3rd dimensional tasks to complete.

For example, organizing your 3rd dimensional life shopping lists, packing, finances.

These jobs will support your human aspect in remaining balanced through this metamorphic change.

By choosing to focus on positive vibrations as much as we allow ourselves,

we begin to expand our awareness to include the realization of unconditional acceptance and love.

These feelings can overwhelm any negative processes in our awareness and create life experiences that are most joyful and inspiring.

You can get fit by finding exercises that you love. You can lose weight by finding foods that taste good to you.

You can be healthy and have a few glasses of wine if you have a metabolism that handles it.

You know yourself better than anyone else does. You know your history, your body, and your own feelings about right and wrong.

You, dear ones, have a direct-connect to the. Divine, and like every cell in your body,

every bit of nature, you know what feels good in the moment and what does not.

In a given moment, all of creation is impulsed by the Divine toward its desires, as surely as the body impulses every cell.

Both the Divine and physical impulses guide souls and cells toward greater harmony.

Just as each cell receives unique instructions based on its purpose, needs, and relationship to other cells,

each of you receives unique instructions based on your desires, needs, and relationships with other souls.

Dear ones, accept yourselves. Accept your feelings. Accept your quirks and so-called flaws with love.

As you do so, the ones not rooted in love will evolve naturally, while the ones that are will remain.

If you love yourself enough to refrain from judging your spending and spend more than you have, then next time,

you’ll realize that you didn’t feel so good and spend in moderation.

Or perhaps your bills will motivate you to start a side business you’ve wanted to start but were not yet motivated to do!

Always, if you accept yourself as you are, with love, you will naturally and organically begin to recalibrate to the frequency of love, which can only bring good into your lives.

You need your Ego mind while you are in a human physical form. The Ego mind is a necessary aspect of your human self.

There is an essential requirement to create harmony within to enable yourself to fully embrace and launch yourself energetically within your full multidimensional Higher- Self component.

This conscious action by you with your human aspect will create an ongoing stability within you as you move forward in a deepening awakened state.

Remember, you have come to Earth to have the human experience, while you go through a spiritual reorientation. That is your mission.

No matter how the misperception of your Ego mind accesses the situation, what is important to understand that in reality all is in hand. You are not alone.

You can trust the enormous changes that are taking place within you and focus on letting go of everything.

Knowing that nothing matters very much within the 3rd dimensional arena.

Earth’s 3rd dimensional drama will continue to unfold around you and know that none of it holds any importance within the big picture.

See the drama as a play on a stage, having little to do with reality, with Truth.

Despite all the drama, you are being held and fully supported in your next steps,

nothing can get in the way unless you choose to allow interference through your ego mind.

It’s fine to seek another’s counsel and to elicit their recommendations,

but do not rely heavily on what they have said when it doesn’t feel right to you. Is it time to make a move to consider more?

Connect internally first. Were insights offered through Love?

Always seek inner counsel as your primary source and best resource.

Connect within first before you move forward with any objective. Open your heart and move through Love.

Freedom means knowing your true origins, living them and expressing them in every moment.

Directly connected to your self, you are free. You know your assignments, your tasks,

and you know what your life cycle has in store for you now.

Through this freedom you express your divinity. You live in harmony with creation,

as you function as an essential part of it and are always aware of your destiny in this reality of life.

Although you are tine, when you feed on the dog’s blood, you make him itch.

You lay your eggs in his hair and produce young, which in turn cause more itching and discomfort.

Although you are tiny, the impact you have had on the dog is significant, albeit in a negative and unhelpful way.

Consider now a person, one individual living their life in the suburbs ,

and coping with all the day-to-day drams that come with being a human on Earth.

There os so much going on in the world that they feel powerless,

not to mention the battle they have had lately with the local council to fix all of the issues with the roads in their area.

However, humanity is wising up. Many are becoming more aware. It just depends on where you focus.

Both sides of the news are askew and you already know that.

There are many personal agendas that are being delivered to humanity right now.

Each one is somewhat of a ploy to capture your energy to take your fear and use it for their own purposes.

We do not want you to allow this, so when it comes to fear we ask you to consciously let go of it.

Do not feed that energy. This is important and it is part of your spiritual journey of moving into higher consciousness.

There is a saying that I will share with you, Don’t look at the alligators along the side of the road.

Stay on your direct path of safety and freedom. Do not give them any attention, or energy, and they will leave you alone.

They do not know what to do without your fear and your energy.

We caution your reliance on any individual other than yourself. Trust how you feel.

Believe and trust your feelings. When you feel a tingle or have a shiver, don’t you know that something deep inside you resonates with what you just saw or read?

Begin to recognize these things as signs. Now expressly seek to connect within.

Recognize, acknowledge, accept, and receive. Feel your way through this life.

Do you understand the meaning here? So often there’s a preference to do some research.

You might first talk with friends, discuss work objectives with business associates, and all of this is fine to do.

Seek out another’s thoughts and other ways to look at any consideration.

Ask your mentors, parents, colleagues, and friends to provide you with input, but ultimately seek inner counsel.

If you experience this, you will be free, you will be in the flow of life, always free to act,

because nothing will hinder you or obscure your view.

You will recognize your all-pervading strength and power, your all-pervading love.

You are free because you act completely from your heart since you are no longer subject to false ideas, you are clear in your thoughts, words and actions.

Real freedom does not consist in doing whatever you want, but in living in harmony with your entire being,

aligned with the source of being, in knowing who you are, in knowing the nature of things,

in knowing that true freedom is only possible through connection to your self.

Your ego likes to make you believe that freedom consists in being able to organize your life however you want.

It cleverly uses your ideas and blockages and makes you believe that you are free if you comply with these patterns.

So that you don’t see what’s behind it, it fakes freedom for you!

The first thing they do is they show kindness, that they care. They spend time listening to her problems.

Then they find people who are in a better position to help. They give the children treats and find good, second-hand clothes to dress them for school.

They contact their local service club and arrange to fund-raise to help the young mother to catch up with her rent.

In the long term, their actions have not solved the problem, but in the short-term,

their kindness has given hope to this young woman, and has empowered her to feel worthy enough of finding a way forward for herself.

A little kindness goes a long way is a saying that rings true, now more than ever.

In a world where many people are fighting to put food on the table and pay for the basic essentials,

the impact that one small act of kindness can have on a person or family is significant,

and could be the turning poing for them being able to change their perspective ,because someone showed them that they are important and that they care.

There are many communities, races, and even countries where human beings are in dire straits in many different ways.

Globally, there are so many problems and disasters that it is possible for any individual to feel helpless.

The Earth has long been overwhelmed with aggression. This is dark and negative energy.

This will be eliminated as you move into the fifth dimension and higher.

Energies of power over others in any form will not be allowed!

Pay attention to those who are doing this and know they will be removed.

The Earth will become safe, still, peaceful, and harmonious, and each soul will be honored and respected.

There will be no need for power over others, or aggression in any way, whether it’s an animal or some other type of creation.

This is going to be a thing of the past.

Begin to activate your own awareness and the ability to discern what is best for you.

How can you entrust something most sacred to another who has not encountered all you’ve experienced?

Yes, it is good to enlist others and to ask them for input, but ultimately you must choose the direction in which to proceed.

Why relegate and relinquish the decisions that are surely yours to make?

Too often, another person has been given the ability to pull your strings and orchestrate your decisions.

By returning to your heart you will also regain your freedom.

This loving homecoming contains the key to all the gates of knowledge about things as they really are.

Love creates freedom! The lack of love creates a lack of freedom!

All solutions are hidden in your heart, waiting to be touched by you so that they can give you wings in your development.

The divine light of love accompanies you, frees you from illusions and brings you freedom. Claim this essential part of your being too!

Only a person who is free from his heart is capable of true love, freedom, clarity, strength and love.

When you realize who you really are, freedom is given to you as an experience.

Freedom is not fought for, as many mistakenly believe; freedom happens when you let go.

Letting go of all emotional blockages and mental limitations allows you to feel and experience freedom to be at peace and to let go in order to attain freedom and love.

If every person helped one other person to feel better about themselves, imagine the ripple effect that would have on the world around them.

When a person’s vibrations are raised above depression, doubt and despair, their consciousness is raised to another dimension.

We cannot stress enough how powerful an effect that can have on the human collective consciousness!

Like attracts like, so when one person is positive, they create an energy that multiplies around them, and becomes a consciousness that is mirrored by others.

So, how can you make an impact on the world?

It is the smallest act that can have the greatest impact on the life of another, whether it be human, plant, animal or insect.

An even greater impact can be made when the intention is focused, pure and from the heart.

One small act can be the difference between hope and despair and,

even though you may never know how great the impact was, the deed in itself is the most important step.

Over history, many people have changed lives through their ground breaking discoveries and heroic deeds.

However, so many more people change lives every day because they show kindness, tolerance and understanding to their fellow humans.

You will know from the feeling within if it is right or correct for you to move forward in any manner.

Connect to that part of you that is all-knowing and emanates from pure love.

Ask your spiritual guides and those beings who support you to give you signs and offer ideas to consider as well.

Do all through love. Love offers the discernment needed and so when you connect through Love,

you will know if any step is the preferred one. Engage through Love. This is key.

Engage with life as you resume sitting at the control panel.

You are the orchestrator in this life experience and so to relinquish any means of control to another means you may take another detour before you get to the next leg of your journey.

Always take what is given and then contemplate what has been offered.

Internal counsel will always steer you in the direction you seek when you clear your mind to allow what flows in to be directed through a Loving Source.

Watch for ego, mental ramblings, and if certain thoughts engage with you adversely.

If so, center yourself and start again. Use discernment.

Free yourself from what prevents you from reaching your self-perception.

Free yourself and you will be free!

The struggle for freedom creates new slavery. True freedom is experienced in the heart.

Letting go of all programming is the direct path to everlasting freedom.

Regardless of external events, you stand in your center, from which you act in freedom, embedded in the flow of your life.

Freedom is waiting for your light so that it can rise up, so that it can show its strength and power, its true face.

So go, beloved, to your window called Freedom. Open it and invite the unfailing Divine Light to shine upon your freedom.

we have used to construct an imaginary world that we have believed is real.

These allow us to restrict our awareness to the limitations of our beliefs ,

and to realize their validity without questioning their origin and basis.

Our beliefs provide a container in our greater consciousness, holding our awareness within the world that we believe is real.

We occupy a kind of trance state, holding our awareness within the realm of negative and positive energies.

If we want to expand, we must find the neutral state beyond good and evil.

It originates in our deepest inner knowing and guides us wisely in every moment,

allowing us to use our free will always, and to create a state of being that radiates our personal energy signature.

to understand that this group has evolved, has changed over a period of time.

And there have been others that have been here before, and there are others that are yet to come here.

Because it is all about old souls coming together again, being one with each other again.

Timelines are shifting. Life itself is shifting. And you are a part of that shift.

Even though you may not feel like it at times, even though you may feel like you are certainly back within the third dimensional matrix,

being a part of that going about your everyday lives and in many ways like others across the planet that are oblivious to even the fact that they are in the matrix.

But you yourselves know that you have moved beyond that and at times you are certainly beyond that.

There are times when you are indeed walking in the fourth and fifth dimensional expression.

A soul’s purpose is what the person came in to do.

It usually involves some kind of service or helping others and making a difference of some kind, but not always.

If a soul has learnt many hard lessons, it may reincarnate to learn how to love or be loved unconditionally,

or to resolve past life trauma so the person can realise their full potential and begin to step into their mastery.

With life force everywhere increasing in vibratory intensity and greater light , we’re involved in the personal evolution of our consciousness.

We must resonate with the vibrations of the Spirit of the Earth in order to continue to live here.

Every wave pattern contains smaller vibratory patterns that create scenarios within the larger scene of our lives.

When we become aware of it, we face a choice of perspectives that result in differing qualities of experiences.

When we completely believe that every possible experience is available to us, we can realize the reality of the ones we choose to align with.

In our potential abilities and life-path, we are unlimited in our essence.

Help your training, the training that we have been working with you to bring you to this point that you are at right now ,

and know that this training has led you further and further along in your extension process.

And yes, indeed, you are all in this ascension process right now. And it is time now to begin to focus more and more on this ascension ,

and further and further away from the third dimensional illusion ,and the capture of that illusion and the fear within that illusion.

Let it all go. Forgive, forget, and move on.

Now is the time more and more to do so as the changes begin to ramp up all around you. We are ready for your questions now if you have them.

There are times when you can see that overlay of the fifth dimension and you can reach for it.

It is right there in front of you and you know it. You feel it. You feel it deep within you.

Not sure sometimes where that feeling comes from, but it is there nonetheless.

You wonder, why am I feeling so good? But why wonder why? When you can just be, just be in the moment and feel good.

Do not be concerned about where that came from. Just be who you are in that moment.

You will find that more and more as you do this, you will be in that moment.

You will be in that fifth dimensional expression. You will be a part of the fifth dimension moving closer and closer to your full ascension.

Aligning to one’s soul purpose begins with recognition of a higher calling and awareness of one’s gifts, whether they be spiritual, psychic or not.

There may be an overwhelming urge or unwavering thought processes pushing the person in a direction that is new or out of left field.

They may suddenly find, too, that problems begin to arise in the work they have been doing,

or with people they have interacted with radical changes that push a person out of one field to another can often be divine intervention!

In my experience, alignment to one’s soul or spiritual purpose can happen very differently for different people,

but usually at the time they chose before they were born it is never by chance.

If we want something to appear to us in our physical experience, we can command it to do so.

If we imagine having the experience, and we fully feel ourselves participating in its presence, it reveals itself to us.

In our essence, we are creators and energy modulators. With our thoughts, feelings and desires,

we shape the personal frequency vibrations in our experience, while flowing with the larger energetic patterns of humanity.

In this way we direct the script of our roles in human consciousness.

Our primary creative abilities are our imagination, feelings, desires and perspective on life, and we have absolute freedom to use these abilities in any way that we want.

For comparison, we can open our awareness to the greater Beings in our experience,

specifically the Spirit of the Earth, the Sun and the spirits of the heavenly bodies.

These are highly conscious Beings that radiate more powerful light from within than we do.

They are interacting with one another, just as we are, but on a much larger time frame.

We can be aware of their nature and the quality of their presence.

Know that you are in the process of ascension now. There are many things happening within your body,

within your bodily structure that are moving you closer and closer to that ascension and certainly within your consciousness.

As your consciousness continues to rise, as the vibrational frequencies all around you are raising the consciousness of man,

always though it does not appear that way, but it is indeed doing so.

How will you recognise that your major purpose for reincarnation is evolving?

You will probably find yourself evolving too, becoming more aware of your consciousness and that of others,

and being more mindful of the impact you are having on the Earth and those around you.

You may also find your psychic senses begin to develop and that you are more sensitive to lower energies.

More over than not, what used to fulfil you won’t any more, and there will be a big gap in your life.

The entire cosmos is quantum. It is all energy, emanating from a great Creator Consciousness,

which we, as fractals, participate in to the extent that we allow ourselves.

Our reality is potentially boundless, and we have the capability of powerfully shaping human consciousness,

because most of humanity is unaware of our potential as neutral observers and directors.

When we open our awareness to the flow of life force coming through the heart of our Being, we can begin to align with its qualities.

These are the qualities of unconditional love and acceptance, enhancing all living entities, which is everything in its essence.

We can feel these qualities with our gratitude, and we can realize them as expressions of the source of our vitality and joy.

We would say certainly there are messages here because you are in a raised consciousness point of view when you are indeed releasing these creatures rather than killing them.

What would most people out there do, those that are unconscious at this point, what would they do?

They would kill them and they would be glad to be rid of them.

You, on the other hand, are practicing what you have been learning to be of higher consciousness, to be of oneness.

Oneness, yes, with the mouse. Oneness, yes, with the snake. You see?

And know that the snake itself was not venomous as you say because it was not needed to be.

All it needed was to show you and have you show benevolence toward this creature.

So your consciousness is showing you that you are raising in consciousness.

So many wonder, will there be a major event to occur?

Will something happen to, as you have heard, trigger the next phase?

But I will tell you now, as Sananda, the next phase has already begun.

You are already in it now. And yes, there will be triggers.

But various triggers that will occur are in the process of doing so.

And you will find one day when you awaken in the not too distant future,

that one of those triggers has gone off, which will lead to the next one and the next one as the domino effect.

And this is in process of happening now.

So sit back, my friends, sit back, watch the movie, watch the play out in front of you.

Do not become involved in it or attached to it. Just let it be what it is.

You will find that you will be in the right place at the right time in the right moment to be about your mission, which you came here to do.

Each and every one of you came here for a reason, came here for a mission.

And that mission is about to open up in front of you more and more.

Some of you have already begun that part of the mission,

the part of the mission that leads you to the end of this movie and the beginning of the continuing journey of your lives.

Trust! Transition into a higher purpose is confusing, messy and hard to navigate, but you will just know it’s right.

Believe! You were born for this and, as everything begins to fall into place, those chosen to assist you,

both in spirit and on Earth, will enter your life.

Ask for help! Trying to do it alone could mean that you lose faith in yourself,

second guess everything and miss the opportunity to take the next step on your path to spiritual evolvement and mastery.
