it goes without saying, that the higher your vibration is becoming, then the higher frequency can be received by you/through you ā¦
to then be absorbed on a higher level by all those who have also allowed, and worked upon, their vibration, which has now ātaken partā in this grand uprising!
ego identifies with the body, the environment, the job, the relationship, the money it has.
ego also defines itself with the stories it made up, as to why this is so and why it behaves as such.
ego identifies with its fears that define its limits. it identifies with its past that define its limits.
the higher self, the higher version of you, doesnāt operate from 3d.
thatās why you can only find her, connect with her, when you step away from 3d, like when you meditate, go into silence, stop all thought about all the external things in your life.
the higher self, that jewel that is hidden in the shell of the 3d ego image, is always there, simply invisible, untouchable, unattainable to the one operating from 3d.
in our openness, we are free to use our creative attention in complete confidence to project the energy of our essence through our imagination and emotions into our experiences.
when we know that we are ineffably imbued within universal consciousness, we can trust ourselves to align with life-enhancing energies in every moment.
we free our creative power to modulate the energies that are in our awareness in alignment with the consciousness of our heart.
an important element in our presence of awareness is the nature of our perspective on life.
this is shaped by our limiting beliefs about ourselves.
through learning to penetrate the depth of our consciousness in a theta state of full awareness, we can recognize, resolve and release our limitations.
we can understand that we are unique expressions of universal consciousness beyond spacetime.
we are also given the ability to live however we want in the empirical world.
it is the way we naturally want to feel and experience our lives.
unless we block out aspects of our life force, we are unlimited in how we can live.
your eternal life, your life right now as you read or listen to this message, is being lived in the loving presence of your divine creator.
however, what you are experiencing as a life in form, with all the anxieties, fears, pain, and suffering with which it presents you is a pure and utterly unreal illusion.
it is a state that you each chose using your god-given and completely powerful free will to experience.
while you are in form it does seem totally real because that was your intent when you entered into it.
and, yes, it is presenting you with lessons and experiences that you have chosen to undergo for your own benefit and for the benefit of all those with whom you interact.
and yes, you make mistakes another aspect of being human and you knew, before incarnating, that this too would happen.
and the whole purpose of this exercise is to bring you back into mindful awareness that you are love, and only love, just like your ever-loving father.
yes. you are. do you remember we used to say when you get it you will know?
well, now you know!
that which is taking place within each one is on a scale that is raising the roof,we believe is the expression you use.
therefore, within that knowing of you, can you imagine how this knowing is changing everything because so many more are also getting it.
the very vibration one is residing within is doing it all by itself!
you, each one can feel it now!
this change within you, this knowing, this understanding, is changing your planet.
it is happening and at last, you are able to experience this for yourself.
you are reaching conclusions that you would not have expected to reach, maybe only five of your years ago.
the higher self wonāt come to you unless you make an effort to step in her direction.
you have to make the effort, every single time, to move closer to your higher self, and so detach from the world of 3d,
of form, for a while, so you can connect with that higher aspect of you, and not just hear her, but blend with her for a while,
become familiar with her energy, live within her energy, her frequency, her vibration for a while, until it becomes all you seek.
what you want you already have. what you desire another to do for you, you can do for yourself.
what you seek outside of you already is found within you.
what you are waiting to hear even from the higher aspects of yourself, is already part of you, accessible to you, ready to be spoken by you.
you are not a puppet on a string, you are a free being, remember.
yes thereās a plan and your soul has a plan, but it doesnāt mean you fold your arms and await instructions,
it doesnāt mean you go to sleep and wait to be awakened. it means you use your free will to decide in every moment,
whether you want to move closer to your higher self, to that higher version you are becoming, or whether you want to stay comfortable in 3d.
by opening our awareness to the unconditional love and joy of creator consciousness, which we live within,
we free ourselves from all constraints and align ourselves with the energy of our essence. it is how we want to be in our true self.
all personal growth and expanding awareness must come from within. we cannot learn it from the experience of others.
we are all inner directed and guided in our deepest consciousness. we become aware of this by wanting it.
when we direct our attention to our inner knowing, it becomes clear to us.
we may need intentional practice and keen observation of the energies that come up for us as we learn to enter deeper into our consciousness.
in other words you are awakening from the dream or terminating your intense focus on the game with which you have been engaged,
and as you do so all your fears, pain, and any sense of unworthiness will dissolve in the pure joy of knowing yourselves once more as one with god.
inunion with god is where you always have and always will live, eternally and uninterruptedly.
it is your true and only nature to be at one with, in union with and yet live as a differentiated or individuated expression of god, bringing you and her an inconceivable intensity of joy.
if you will just allow yourselves to know and be consciously aware, as you always are deep within yourselves, that you are in every moment one with god;
that love is your only nature, your only reality, you will discover that your one and only desire is to please your heavenly father as he so perfectly supports and loves you in every moment.
you had no idea how things would pan out.
there is so much uncertainty as to outcomes of all that is displayed as your reality, and yet those of you who get it do not concern yourselves of this anymore.
the outcome will be defined by the reactive responsibility of the souls understanding of its growing awakening.
thatās a bit of a mouthful. can we break that down?
meaning, that many now understand that oneās response to anything at all changes the outcome of any situation.
it has to.
therefore, the manner in which you are now accepting what is as being what is, is tipping the scales in a way that is bringing such immense joy to those of us in other realms.
from where we reside we can witness the energy shifting upon your planet into a much fuller experience of itself.
the energy of love is pouring through now at such a rate because it can!
your emotions are more than just telling you this thought is right or wrong, as in true or false.
your emotions are really telling you whether you are stepping in the direction of your higher self or whether you are moving away.
whether you are on the bridge to 5d or back in the puddle of 3d.
they lead you to your higher self, to the better version of you, when you listen, when you pay attention, when you are honest with yourself.
and when you are aware of that war within, you have a choice to either continue the struggle or let go and join your higher self in the peace where she dwells.
all your struggles are 3d struggles, they are a fight you cannot win because you are fighting shadows.
the external world is a shadow of the internal world that follows you wherever you go.
after eons of experience with life-diminishing energies, we have the choice of transforming our lives intentionally through awareness of our greater being.
we have been self-limiting beings. there is no force beyond ourselves that can control us without our permission.
we share all the qualities and abilities of our creator, and we have the opportunity to live in complete alignment with the consciousness that is the source of everything.
it is our natural state of being in unconditional love and ecstasy, while supporting and enhancing all life everywhere.
you will find yourself living consciously aware of loving all with whom you interact in any manner at all.
you will have no need to judge or blame anyone as you recognize that you and all others are the perfect and utterly beloved children of god.
you will recognize that those whose behaviors you would previously have judged and condemned,
and whom you would therefore have wished to see punished, are all truly doing their best, that they are at present,
just as you were a moment ago, utterly lost and convinced that the illusion is real.
they are responding to the intense fear that they are experiencing and which they are mostly denying and thus allowing their egos to direct their attitudes and behaviors in order to keep them safe from their imagined enemies.
you have no enemies, and this is so simply because all are one!
yes, to restrain those who would hurt and abuse others is fair,
but it must be done compassionately and lovingly with the understanding that they are living in and operating from an intense sense of fear and self-doubt.
when your own little children are fearful you comfort and protect them.
well those adults who are in fear also need your comfort and protection, protection from themselves and from those other fearful ones who would punish them.
well, when one is up ,one is certainly up! the feeling is the truth of it all, really.
that feeling of love that is so much brighter!
we are indeed, most effulgent at the progress that is rapidly transforming all that is taking place in your world.
we have spoken before of much taking place behind the scenes.
it has perhaps, been difficult for many, having to trust that what we offer is correct. for little evidence of this has been provided.
yet, we say to you now, such evidence is soon to come to the surface on a larger scale.
not just to those who go searching, yet, to those souls who are blissfully unaware.
and what an uproar there shall be.
yet, remember always, this is a divine plan.
there is a master plan that has been devised in order for every single possibility to be catered for.
not quite sure what you are meaning, specifically.
that which is to be revealed is on a scale beyond imaginings.
until you tend to the inner world of thought and feeling, the outer world remains the same.
when you stand in front of the sun, it casts a shadow of you on the ground, but you cannot change the shadow,
you have to change the original image, which is you, then your shadow changes as a reflection and nothing more.
you are always doing well from our higher perspective, because we are not keeping score of the mishaps.
we are too busy counting every successful step forward. it will do you good to do the same.
as your conscious awareness of the reality of your true nature becomes ever more apparent to you,
and as you more frequently reset your intent to be consistently mindful as you think, speak, or take action,
you will find yourselves increasingly at peace as you accept more fully that you are,
in every moment, precisely where you you are meant to be, doing or being exactly what you incarnated for.
your self-acceptance will grow, and you will no longer be disturbed by thoughts about how others may judge you.
your increased knowingness of your divine uniqueness will provide you with complete faith that god trusts you in every moment,
and knowing that you will no longer feel any need to defend yourselves if others disagree with you.
any need to obey any kind of dogmatic rules and regulations whether from political, scientific, business, or religious organization requiring everyone to hold the same views and beliefs,
as a prerequisite for acceptance in that society will just dissolve as you come to trust yourselves in the certainty that the only guide you need is love, in which you are enveloped in every moment.
just you wait, one and all! that which is to come, will indeed be mind blowing.
yet, you are almost ready for it.
so, i trust i am not lowering the vibe of this conversation when i enquire as to what is happening then, regarding say, furgus the fungus and the lockdown leading us into phase two.
with respect, has that all fallen by the wayside?
it is intertwined with everything else that is to be laid before you.
how i wish we could know just a little bit more, or, the when at least.
yet, as you have said, it is not for us to know, for if we did, we would change things due to our thought trajectories.
this is correct.
what we desire for you to take on board from this conversation is, that what is to take place will indeed, shake you to the core, as we have said many times.
this cannot be avoided for the truth is so very different from that which you are expecting it to be.
Greetings , We share our love, our bliss and our truth with you.
We are present to share our peace and also our understanding of how things develop, or are developing, in ascension.
We have assisted the earth since its creation and we support all souls upon the earth in developing their own ascension process.
Because I am the angel of communication and overwhelm is a form of communication,
is it not? It is your body, it is your thoughts, it is your innermost self communicating that something is off balance.
Now we do not begrudge you, we do not judge you when there is overwhelm.
For this is a way that in the eternal wisdom and divine providence that you yourself have helped to set up this apparatus.
Yes, it is an apparatus. It is a way of communication that you may receive information of how to deal with your lives.
Overwhelm can be many things. It can be that something is calling to your attention and you have neglected to see it, you have found it difficult to see it.
Overwhelm asks you to stop. It asks you to pause. It asks you to take a moment or even a day or even a week and go within to what is calling your attention, what needs to be addressed.
We, as a group of select Beings are Thriving and indeed, most happy to be back in touch.
You are probably aware that Energies were not conducive to connect in the usual fashion due to changes in atmospheric waves ā¦
Yourself Being unwell ā¦ and general upgrading of Energies that are entering to Serve, not diminish.
Keeping in mind, Dearest Souls, that these Higher Energetics are also āconfrontedā with the lingering aftermath of what we would choose to call, a fall out.
Meaning that the darkness is fighting with the little strength it has left, to disrupt anything and everything that is of Light.
KNOW the strength that the darkness had ā¦ is no more. Although it may appear that it is still firing on full throttle, let us, let it be known, that this is not the case.
Those involved in the lesser side of Light are quaking in their boots. They KNOW ā¦ it is evident ā¦ that their number is up.
They are fooling themselves believing that they are still in control of this Planet.
They KNOW their number is up and it is merely a matter of time and revelations that will bring their TRUTHS out into the open.
We wish for you to take that in; absorb those words for a few moments.
Absorb what that might mean for youā¦āthe beginning of completionā. It may mean something different for each soul and each being.
We wish to share with you today what we feel it means in your ascension.
As you absorb our words, āthe beginning of completionā, you may have insights coming to you already.
It may be that something in your reality is coming to completion; that you are beginning the completion process.
Itās like running the final lap of a race or like youāre just about to manifest your goal.
Now when you deal with overwhelm without calling in the greater aspects of yourself, it is a much more difficult task.
That is why we are here waiting for you. Not only your angelic team but your spiritual guides, your spiritual teachers, and the most powerful of all,
your dynamic infinite self for your infinite self has all the answers and has the wherewithal to bring forth the energy that can bring you back into alignment, that can help you see clearly.
What is it that needs to be addressed?
When there is this overwhelm we ask you to make a list for when you write, it is easy for us to come through you and help you discern what needs to be addressed,
whether it is just putting the laundry away so there is a feeling of order and peace in the house or that there is something off balance in the physical body.
Or there is so much calling to your attention that you need to find what it is that is at the bottom of all of that.
As this takes place, and it is taking place ā¦ more and more Souls are awakening to the REAL DEAL.
Their blindfolds are being removed and as they see the Light, it can prove to be extremely painful ,for they have been under a spell for āall of their current lifetimeā.
Many of you have been in touch with Truth, for many a year. Little by little were you spoon fed realities that churned the stomach, as you digested each abhorrent reveal of the āunderworldā and its behaviours.
Yet, you have had time to digest.
Imagine then, how it is and is to be, for those who have had no idea in any way, of this darkness. Imagine the shock as more and more is proven to be Truth.
As you know, Dearest Souls, this is where you come in.
You have waited so patiently for āYour timeā.
As you are experiencing your ascension, in this moment of the Creatorās ascensionās process for all, we have these two energies that are working together.
Itās as if they are walking side by side; beginning energy and completion energy.
It is such a wonderful moment to experience these two energies that are almost the same but almost extremely different as well.
They are coming forth now because you have reached a stage in your ascension and spiritual growth where you are ready to complete a contract; you are ready to complete a lifetime.
When they exist upon the earth, has a goal that is uncompleted and often stems from a lifetime.
You might have had a lifetime on the earth, or maybe somewhere else, and it was not completed; you did not achieve the goals that your soul wanted to achieve in that existenceS
It is often that there are other people involved in the manifestations of those goals that your soul were aspiring to achieve.
In this lifetimeā¦and in this momentā¦that energy is coming forth through your being.
It might even be that that lifetime is existing simultaneously now, and yet it is being channeled through your being; flowing through your being.
Or, it might not be existing, but the templates are all coming to your body now to bring forth a completion.
In days of yester-years, you have been ridiculed and mocked and yet, you stood Steadfast and Strong.
In these future-years, you will find, as we have said all along, that many, many, Souls who are so lost, will come and seek you out for help.
They will be asking for understanding.
Remember ā¦ there is no need to Forgive themā for all they have said and done to you ā¦ for they knew no better.
They were following their pathway. As you were. It is just that some found it necessary to take a longer route to get to where you are all going.
As more and more comes to Light ā¦ actions and activities will become more and more apparent, in ways of THE DIVINE PLAN manifesting before your eyes.
The dominoes are falling and cannot be stopped.
So ā¦ on the one hand, THERE IS SO MUCH TO CELEBRATE FOR THE CHANGE HAS PASSED A CRITICAL POINT and much now shall be presented at a rapid rate.
On the other hand, however ā¦ much conflict and divide will amp up, as confusion enters even more into the mix.
I come to be with you at this time, in these indeed changing times that you are in right now,
not that change is coming, change is already here, it is all around you, it is within you.
All you need to do is to continue to keep those eyes open, keep that spirit high, keep that third eye open as much as you can,
and allow for everything that is coming into you, all of the knowing all of the remembrance that comes to you,
allow it to become a part of you, for it is you and know that know that, you are the way the truth and the life and the light.
A coming together in love, joy and in support of life on Earth, they explained. It is happening now and each of you has a part to play in this opening time.
Listen within, listen to the guidance that will be flowing to you. Guidance will come easier and easier now, they said, because the way has been cleared.
Many old obstructions to communicating heart to heart have been removed and they will continue to be removed.
You are that already, you do not need to become that.
You are that, each and every one of you that listens to my words now, and that reads these words later, and resonates to what is being said,
you are that light, you are the way showers, you are the ones coming before, leading the way,
showing the way, bringing the way to others, who are ready or are becoming ready, to reach for that light that you bring to them.
Know that, you are the change that you have all been waiting for, throughout the planet throughout, the collective consciousness of the planet.
So trust, trust in yourselves and who you are right now in this very moment.
Again not that you are becoming, for you are already there, you just do not realize it yet.
They are coming from near and far and there will be many more in that room than you will see.
There is much rejoicing now, rejoicing with you and rejoicing at what you are doing with the Net of Light.
You are accomplishing great, great good. Our message is spreading all over the Earth and the Net of light is now anchored all over the Earth.
This allows the energy field of the Earth to vibrate at a higher and higher rate.
We thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do! they cried. We rejoice in you and we rejoice with you.
Please embrace one another when you come together and when you do, know that we are holding you in our arms.
You are precious to us, they said, precious indeed.
Do not for a moment think you are not important, for you are extremely important in this endeavor, in this journey.
Each and every one of you. You all came here in this, most of you actually, in this country, in America.
To form the greater union, first within the United States for America. Then out and beyond to all of the other countries.
All together as one. That is your mission. Together as light warriors. Bringing the light forward, to all that are ready to receive it.
Lord Sananda as Yeshua said, I stand at your heartās door and knock, if you would open it, I would come in and sup with you and you with me. Profound words!
For if you knock, it shall be opened unto you, if you seek, you shall find, if you ask, you shall receive.
It is important, my friends, my brothers and sisters, to trust.
Trust that all is happening exactly as it needs to in this moment. In the next moment, things change.
It is part of the great change over.
You, yourselves, need to continue to be ready to move along with those changes. To be adaptable.
To allow the energies to continue to acclimate within you, so that you can move forward in this ascension process, to become all that you came here to be.
The world, the world beyond the third dimensional expression, beyond the illusion is open to you right now, in this moment, and in the moments to come, you just need to be ready to embrace it.
Embrace the changes that are coming to the world, embrace the light as it is anchoring within you,
and being able to spread beyond you, embrace it and allow for everything that is coming,
seemingly in your thoughts, your thoughts that you wonder is this me thinking this or is this guidance from within myself?
Then use your discernment, to know the answer to that question. Allow yourselves to be guided, each and every moment of your life, and you are indeed being guided.
When you come together, share your stories, sing your songs, and lift your hearts. We will do all that with you, the Grandmothers said, ā¦.and more, much more.
From this Gathering in Northern California, great rings of light will radiate. Concentric circles will fan out, and outward they will speed, carrying joy far and wide.
Thank you for coming together like this! they cried. Thank you for opening your hearts to this work with us.
And remember that each person who connects with us in light carries radiance with them, radiance that blesses and heals.
Great blessings are pouring forth now and the work you are doing will only magnify these blessings.

You all have a council that is working with you, each and every one of you.

Not each and every one of you to bring the change yourself, but to be a part of this great changeover.
In whatever way that you programmed yourself to be, and know that you, yourself, higher beings that you are, programmed you into it, if you will, this construct.
And some would say even a simulation in your discussion earlier. But know that you control this.
Your mind, your mind is the builder. So you have complete control at any time in every moment. If you but believe that you do.

We all know exactly what you are experiencing now on the Earth.
We love, admire and respect you, to the fullest extent, as you go through the final days of separation from the old third dimensional way of life.
Coming out the other side of the March Eclipse Season we are off and running!
Rebirthing is happening via the DNA upgrade we experienced last month, with each cosmic portal now building on the New Earth energies that are rippling through us and our world.
As well, many are starting a new chapter in their lives!
It may feel like a wobbly time this month within your body, as you are still transmuting and expanding in your cellular structure, your heart and your brain.
There is a need to stabilize the new frequencies in the body and bridge that with the higher aspects of the spiritual self.
The body is still purging the last of the residue it needs to let go of in order to move to this new frequency.
What you were living is complete. You live in a whole new frequency in the higher realms of the fifth dimension.
Your days of glory are about to come to the forefront. This is where you will stand in front of yourself and see your true beauty and purpose.
Behind you, you will see heavenly realms of Angels, galacticās and other beings who belong in this realm like you do. What more could we ask for?
This tipping point can feel very uncomfortable at times, which is an indicator that some kind of internal shift is happening.
The mind is not the biggest fan of change, because it has been conditioned to register change as something that will take away the identity it has created for itself.
There are those who understand how to embrace change. We may know them as people who constantly reinvent themselves to become an even greater version of who they were the day before.
How are these people able to embrace change so easily?
We all know someone like this. Take a moment to reflect on that person.
You may notice that they may be someone whom youād consider to be more of a free spirit.
The reason these people can embrace change more easily, is because they think more with their heart than with their mind.
The Spirit is fueled and excited by change. It thrives on change.
Those butterfly feelings we feel inside when something big is about to happen in our lives, is our Spirit dancing with excitement, letting us know that a great shift is about to happen.
However, the mind, you may have noticed, registers the butterfly feelings as nerves or fear, because it simply is not understanding whatās happening.
So, when that happens, just let your mind know that those feelings are a confirmation that your Spirit is getting ready to create a wonderful experience for you.
And for that reason ā¦ it no longer has to be afraid anymore.
The energies that came in with March have been nudging us to go way beyond our comfort zone.
If we werenāt aware that this was happening, we may have found ourselves feeling lost, confused,
and at the point of experiencing some sort of emotional, mental, or physical breakdown.
Remember, a breakdown is just another term for āthe dismantling of limiting patterns that no longer serve our highest and greatest good.ā
Itās the experience of no longer finding comfort in those limiting patterns.
A breakdown can be one of the most spiritual experiences we can have, because it gives us time to reassess our lives and create a new reality for ourselves.
Itās what we allow ourselves to learn from the breakdown that shapes what the next chapter of our lives will look like.
You deserve to know your true beginnings. It is your right to see your true self and not the version that was someone other than you.
You are truly stepping into the powerful presence that came to the Earth to help set the Earth free.
Please breathe this truths into your heart and feel it to the fullest extent.
We want you to claim yourself, to know yourself, and to be yourself.
You are about to make a full leap into your higher consciousness in your deepest connection with the Creator.
Some of you got lost along the way and now you are reconnecting in the most beautiful way.
There was a lot of outside interference in the form of programming, doubts, fears and third dimensional behaviors, that took some of you off of the path.
Now you are back!
The solar plexus area is still adjusting as well to a newfound sense of self worth, authentic self, and balanced power.
It is important at this moment in your evolution to stay grounded,
anchor in these new frequencies and allow your life to gracefully unfold amid any uncertainty.
Going forward you are experiencing a major inner transformation to embody a sense of true purpose to manifest more easily in the world, and create change.
To do this requires deep connection with the inner Will, the Higher Self and Spirit to foster co-creative alignment.
Many of you have been busy releasing past lives, old wounds, mistakes you have made, forgiving and healing yourself and others.
This is a time of completion with great realizations about who you were, why you are here, and where are you are going as your future self.
It is also the time of new beginnings where you will have fulfilling lives living with your beloveds, and creating new community.
You will live life in full abundance and the way you were intended to live.
You will see and participate in the healing of the Earth and do many wonderful projects together.
You should be sitting on the edge of your seat in anticipation of all that is coming to you.
We are pleased to tell you this. You have earned it, you deserve it and you shall have it.
The Prophet supports you to own your creative power and creativity to honour your own capacity to create;
