We appreciate your realization of all the information and connections that are manifesting in your daily life.
You are watching the threads of energy weave your thoughts and desires.
It often makes sense when you hear it in context, but try and give it a definition of its own, and you become a little lost.
And thereās a reason for thatā¦
It isnāt a singular concept, place, or experience. Itās all of those things in much the same way that mindfulness is not just the act of sitting in a meditative posture with your thoughts.
Maybe you tried to create your dreams in the past without success. Or maybe you did not think it was possible to do so, so you never tried.
It does not matter what happened before because you are a different being in different times.
What is it you wish for or dream of? What do you feel you need? What are you lacking?
Those questions have the same base the need to feel fully alive and joyful.
The energy adjustments, mainly for the physical body, must be made as the carbon-based body moves into the crystalline body for which the Earth frequency is rising.
Many souls have already made a plan for the incarnation by now.
Others have chosen not to go through this process, so that they disincarnate before the transition from 3D to 5D is affected.
Realizing that all is one matrix one energy field.
Each person creates their own energy field, or matrix, and these personal energy fields and matrixes interlace and interweave with others, thus forming the larger energy fields.
You can think of it as an energy tapestry. This energy tapestry vibrates, moves, oscillates, expands and attracts.
There are many different energy tapestries or energy matrixes. The clearer the frequency offered into the energy field the finer the weavings.
You can live an active life of mindfulness because itās a lifestyle as much as it is an activity you can bring that attitude to anything you choose. You can wash dishes mindfully.
The distinction between the different facets of heart space isnāt as easy to make.
It covers a lot of ground, relating to several concepts that donāt have an obvious connection.
So is what your heart space in all its guises, and why is it so important?
You may already be familiar with your Presence.
It is time to acknowledge your creation skills and use them.
Your first response might be, Iām not lucky like that, or Someone or something is stopping me from creating what I need.
Or thousands of other invalid excuses because you can no longer hide from who you are.
Maybe you believe that if you create what you need, you will stand out, be lonely, or some other reason you developed to ensure you will always remain small in a creatorās body.
You are a creator and always have been.
If you are a part of the creator of all and you are, then you have the same capabilities as the creator.
Maybe not in the same direction, if you will, for you are the creator of you, and the creator of all is more expansive.
Even so, your ability to create is part of your elemental skill set.
Only a third of the existing population has chosen transformation by leaving their material lives behind and are now feeling symptoms of the new energetic frequency shift,
a shift not only for humans, but also for animals, plants and everything else on our Planet.
If the question is, what is wrong on planet Earth? Is the answer, everything, from food, agriculture, language, education, health, technology, science, sports, money, business, and much more.
Unfortunately, we have shown no respect, no love and no value for everything we have on our planet.
We have learned to exploit the planet without respect, compassion or thinking about future consequences because we thought we were the owners of the planet.
We thought we could do whatever we wanted. But everything in the universe has to remain in balance.
Right now, on your planet, you are witnessing the conflicts, discords, disharmonies and destruction spinning out of the matrix of fear, hatred and prejudice.
These energy matrixes attract like vibration. Watch how activated you become and how easily these emotions activate your own fear, hatred and prejudice.
Be aware that when you feel these emotions, when you are vibrating with this energy, you are adding to the very situation, the very energy of fear, hatred and prejudice that you oppose.
So, as quickly as possible, shift the energy you are sending out.
It is important for you and other humans ,who are sensitive and becoming more sensitive to the subtle energy signature of others and the personal interaction with other matrixes, to take the time to keep your own personal energy field clear, clean and centered.
Itās a subtle way of programming yourself to receive or become more capable of doing what you currently believe you donāt have or canāt do.
Your Presence works on several levels: the body, the mental, and the spiritual.
Hereās where your heart and more specifically, your heart space figures into the equation.
A shell layer surrounds your heart called the pericardium, which is responsible for its protection and is made up of a fibrous and fluid sac.
This pericardial fluid is essentially water.
You can infuse it with your conscious intent.
It is the most basic form of spiritual alchemy you can begin practicing right away, all by focusing your intentions on your heart.
You could not have prepared for this life without a creation skill set. Nor could you have helped shift the earth and then yourself.
You are no longer a 3D being, yet you often wish to remain anonymous by hiding behind that 3D curtain.
Perhaps you wonder why remaining silent or hidden is important to you now.
Even though you are a new you adult, you want to pretend you are not that skilled or mature.
As was sometimes true when you were a 3D adult wishing to return to a less complicated childhood.
You are no longer a 3D or new you child. You are a mature Universal being. And one of the most important tasks you can initiate as an adult is to create the life you need or want.
A concept that likely seems selfish because you have trained for eons to be less than others.
Training that has worked so well that you now believe creating what you need or want is selfish, wrong, self-centered,
or thousands of other labels telling you that you must endure as you have for eons preparing for this life.
People need to learn to think independently; to do things in innovative ways. Most, if not all, existing parameters will be obsolete.
The meaning and recognition of the value of money will be totally different, from that of today.
Everyone will have enough money to live on. There will be no need to take advantage of others or steal to buy anything.
Personal wealth will be the only limit. Everyone will be free, allowed to pursue any hobby and work wherever and whenever they want.
This massive transformation brings major changes to human destiny. It brings visible and undeniable feelings of joy and bliss.
People feel better when their radiant faces spread light, while the sleeping sheep will not know why.
People need to learn to think independently; to do things in innovative ways.

If whatever youāre expressing gratitude for isnāt in your field, it creates a form of cognitive dissonance.

A form of self-correcting then takes place in which your subconscious helps manifest the experiences youāre affirming with your conscious thought,
so your inner and outer reality become a match for one another.
Your heart space is ultimately a part of any manifestation youāve ever attempted. It is a vital part of the process.
This is the non-physical part of you. It is your beingness. Your life-essence flow.
It is the totality of your unseen self and the link back to the non-physical realm you existed in before entering this life that you revisit during your Dreamtime state of consciousness.
Even the thought of creation freedom likely feels wrong.
Not because you cannot trust yourself, but because you have denied yourself for so many eons in various frequencies or dimensions,
and most of all, while of the earth, that you cannot conceive of the rightness of creating a joyful life.
In your mind, a joyful life should be postponed for a few more decades, eons, or lifetimes.
It cannot be as easy as it appears in this message.
You completed all you wished to complete in less earth time than we of the Universes or you thought possible.
As is true in fairytales, you accomplished the almost impossible tasks required of you.
It is now time to reward yourself with your eons-long dream of experiencing undiluted earthful joy.
There is no need to feel you must hide to protect relationships, for anyone who decides to transition beyond 3D has the same creation skill set as has always been true.
A truth that was denied so you could maintain your fearful earth lives.
The sooner humanity wakes up to the lies and deceit, the better it is for all of us.
Do not be fearful; let it be a challenge for you to help us reach our maximum potential.
Our world is filled with an enormous amount of filth, lies, deceit, disinformation, distortion, fake news, half-truths, fraud, false images, deceptive mirages, propaganda and brainwashing.
In the final phase of the existing 3D cycle on Earth, those who have awakened have the task to inform the human race about the criminal actions of the Deep State Cabal.
By showing their crimes against humanity, which are becoming more apparent by the day.
Crimes against humanity are committed by the upper Cabal Empire in the Inter Galactic Community.
They operate behind the scenes on Earth and ignore the laws of nature.
Humanity must understand that the cabal has repeatedly broken these rules, and that this has serious consequences.
No matter what you are doing in your daily life, no matter what you are busy with, remember to practice this exercise.
Your every conscious intentional breathe makes a difference.
First, it keeps you present ā in the now ā and it also weaves a strong coherent energy field that goes forth.
This and can, and will, join with the frequencies of others who are contributing to this service work.
You are multidimensional, you are magnificent, you are powerful and you are capable of contributing far more than your beliefs or programs have lead you to believe.
You can manage your personal life matrix and also consciously know that you are contributing to the entire global matrix with each conscious breathe,
each conscious gratitude, each kindness, and each loving, accepting thought and intention.
You are a master. You are a transformer. You came to this dimension to transform negative and misqulaified energies.
Each individual consciousness here at this time is a transformer,
a master of shifting energy It is an aware and awake heart that knows and recognizes their service work and offers it with each breathe of joy, gratitude and compassion.
Greetings , We share our love, our bliss and our truth with you.
We are present to share our peace and also our understanding of how things develop, or are developing, in ascension.
We have assisted the earth since its creation and we support all souls upon the earth in developing their own ascension process.
Because I am the angel of communication and overwhelm is a form of communication,
is it not? It is your body, it is your thoughts, it is your innermost self communicating that something is off balance.
Now we do not begrudge you, we do not judge you when there is overwhelm.
For this is a way that in the eternal wisdom and divine providence that you yourself have helped to set up this apparatus.
Yes, it is an apparatus. It is a way of communication that you may receive information of how to deal with your lives.
Overwhelm can be many things. It can be that something is calling to your attention and you have neglected to see it, you have found it difficult to see it.
Overwhelm asks you to stop. It asks you to pause. It asks you to take a moment or even a day or even a week and go within to what is calling your attention, what needs to be addressed.
We, as a group of select Beings are Thriving and indeed, most happy to be back in touch.
You are probably aware that Energies were not conducive to connect in the usual fashion due to changes in atmospheric waves ā¦
Yourself Being unwell ā¦ and general upgrading of Energies that are entering to Serve, not diminish.
Keeping in mind, Dearest Souls, that these Higher Energetics are also āconfrontedā with the lingering aftermath of what we would choose to call, a fall out.
Meaning that the darkness is fighting with the little strength it has left, to disrupt anything and everything that is of Light.
KNOW the strength that the darkness had ā¦ is no more. Although it may appear that it is still firing on full throttle, let us, let it be known, that this is not the case.
Those involved in the lesser side of Light are quaking in their boots. They KNOW ā¦ it is evident ā¦ that their number is up.
They are fooling themselves believing that they are still in control of this Planet.
They KNOW their number is up and it is merely a matter of time and revelations that will bring their TRUTHS out into the open.
We wish for you to take that in; absorb those words for a few moments.
Absorb what that might mean for youā¦āthe beginning of completionā. It may mean something different for each soul and each being.
We wish to share with you today what we feel it means in your ascension.
As you absorb our words, āthe beginning of completionā, you may have insights coming to you already.
It may be that something in your reality is coming to completion; that you are beginning the completion process.
Itās like running the final lap of a race or like youāre just about to manifest your goal.
Now when you deal with overwhelm without calling in the greater aspects of yourself, it is a much more difficult task.
That is why we are here waiting for you. Not only your angelic team but your spiritual guides, your spiritual teachers, and the most powerful of all,
your dynamic infinite self for your infinite self has all the answers and has the wherewithal to bring forth the energy that can bring you back into alignment, that can help you see clearly.
What is it that needs to be addressed?
When there is this overwhelm we ask you to make a list for when you write, it is easy for us to come through you and help you discern what needs to be addressed,
whether it is just putting the laundry away so there is a feeling of order and peace in the house or that there is something off balance in the physical body.
Or there is so much calling to your attention that you need to find what it is that is at the bottom of all of that.
As this takes place, and it is taking place ā¦ more and more Souls are awakening to the REAL DEAL.
Their blindfolds are being removed and as they see the Light, it can prove to be extremely painful ,for they have been under a spell for āall of their current lifetimeā.
Many of you have been in touch with Truth, for many a year. Little by little were you spoon fed realities that churned the stomach, as you digested each abhorrent reveal of the āunderworldā and its behaviours.
Yet, you have had time to digest.
Imagine then, how it is and is to be, for those who have had no idea in any way, of this darkness. Imagine the shock as more and more is proven to be Truth.
As you know, Dearest Souls, this is where you come in.
You have waited so patiently for āYour timeā.
As you are experiencing your ascension, in this moment of the Creatorās ascensionās process for all, we have these two energies that are working together.
Itās as if they are walking side by side; beginning energy and completion energy.
It is such a wonderful moment to experience these two energies that are almost the same but almost extremely different as well.
They are coming forth now because you have reached a stage in your ascension and spiritual growth where you are ready to complete a contract; you are ready to complete a lifetime.
When they exist upon the earth, has a goal that is uncompleted and often stems from a lifetime.
You might have had a lifetime on the earth, or maybe somewhere else, and it was not completed; you did not achieve the goals that your soul wanted to achieve in that existenceS
It is often that there are other people involved in the manifestations of those goals that your soul were aspiring to achieve.
In this lifetimeā¦and in this momentā¦that energy is coming forth through your being.
It might even be that that lifetime is existing simultaneously now, and yet it is being channeled through your being; flowing through your being.
Or, it might not be existing, but the templates are all coming to your body now to bring forth a completion.
In days of yester-years, you have been ridiculed and mocked and yet, you stood Steadfast and Strong.
In these future-years, you will find, as we have said all along, that many, many, Souls who are so lost, will come and seek you out for help.
They will be asking for understanding.
Remember ā¦ there is no need to Forgive themā for all they have said and done to you ā¦ for they knew no better.
They were following their pathway. As you were. It is just that some found it necessary to take a longer route to get to where you are all going.
As more and more comes to Light ā¦ actions and activities will become more and more apparent, in ways of THE DIVINE PLAN manifesting before your eyes.
The dominoes are falling and cannot be stopped.
So ā¦ on the one hand, THERE IS SO MUCH TO CELEBRATE FOR THE CHANGE HAS PASSED A CRITICAL POINT and much now shall be presented at a rapid rate.
On the other hand, however ā¦ much conflict and divide will amp up, as confusion enters even more into the mix.
I come to be with you at this time, in these indeed changing times that you are in right now,
not that change is coming, change is already here, it is all around you, it is within you.
All you need to do is to continue to keep those eyes open, keep that spirit high, keep that third eye open as much as you can,
and allow for everything that is coming into you, all of the knowing all of the remembrance that comes to you,
allow it to become a part of you, for it is you and know that know that, you are the way the truth and the life and the light.
A coming together in love, joy and in support of life on Earth, they explained. It is happening now and each of you has a part to play in this opening time.
Listen within, listen to the guidance that will be flowing to you. Guidance will come easier and easier now, they said, because the way has been cleared.
Many old obstructions to communicating heart to heart have been removed and they will continue to be removed.
You are that already, you do not need to become that.
You are that, each and every one of you that listens to my words now, and that reads these words later, and resonates to what is being said,
you are that light, you are the way showers, you are the ones coming before, leading the way,
showing the way, bringing the way to others, who are ready or are becoming ready, to reach for that light that you bring to them.
Know that, you are the change that you have all been waiting for, throughout the planet throughout, the collective consciousness of the planet.
So trust, trust in yourselves and who you are right now in this very moment.
Again not that you are becoming, for you are already there, you just do not realize it yet.
They are coming from near and far and there will be many more in that room than you will see.
There is much rejoicing now, rejoicing with you and rejoicing at what you are doing with the Net of Light.
You are accomplishing great, great good. Our message is spreading all over the Earth and the Net of light is now anchored all over the Earth.
This allows the energy field of the Earth to vibrate at a higher and higher rate.
We thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do! they cried. We rejoice in you and we rejoice with you.
Please embrace one another when you come together and when you do, know that we are holding you in our arms.
You are precious to us, they said, precious indeed.
Do not for a moment think you are not important, for you are extremely important in this endeavor, in this journey.
Each and every one of you. You all came here in this, most of you actually, in this country, in America.
To form the greater union, first within the United States for America. Then out and beyond to all of the other countries.
All together as one. That is your mission. Together as light warriors. Bringing the light forward, to all that are ready to receive it.
Lord Sananda as Yeshua said, I stand at your heartās door and knock, if you would open it, I would come in and sup with you and you with me. Profound words!
For if you knock, it shall be opened unto you, if you seek, you shall find, if you ask, you shall receive.
It is important, my friends, my brothers and sisters, to trust.
Trust that all is happening exactly as it needs to in this moment. In the next moment, things change.
It is part of the great change over.
You, yourselves, need to continue to be ready to move along with those changes. To be adaptable.
To allow the energies to continue to acclimate within you, so that you can move forward in this ascension process, to become all that you came here to be.
The world, the world beyond the third dimensional expression, beyond the illusion is open to you right now, in this moment, and in the moments to come, you just need to be ready to embrace it.
Embrace the changes that are coming to the world, embrace the light as it is anchoring within you,
and being able to spread beyond you, embrace it and allow for everything that is coming,
seemingly in your thoughts, your thoughts that you wonder is this me thinking this or is this guidance from within myself?
Then use your discernment, to know the answer to that question. Allow yourselves to be guided, each and every moment of your life, and you are indeed being guided.
When you come together, share your stories, sing your songs, and lift your hearts. We will do all that with you, the Grandmothers said, ā¦.and more, much more.
From this Gathering in Northern California, great rings of light will radiate. Concentric circles will fan out, and outward they will speed, carrying joy far and wide.
Thank you for coming together like this! they cried. Thank you for opening your hearts to this work with us.
And remember that each person who connects with us in light carries radiance with them, radiance that blesses and heals.
Great blessings are pouring forth now and the work you are doing will only magnify these blessings.

You all have a council that is working with you, each and every one of you.
You have a council and then you will become that part of a council to others. More of this you will understand as we move forward.

Many things are happening yet still behind the scenes.
But for those that have the eyes to see, ears to hear, you are witnessing a great changeover that is in the process of happening now.
All of you, you, the light workers, the light warriors, you all came here to be the catalysts.
Not each and every one of you to bring the change yourself, but to be a part of this great changeover.
In whatever way that you programmed yourself to be, and know that you, yourself, higher beings that you are, programmed you into it, if you will, this construct.
And some would say even a simulation in your discussion earlier. But know that you control this.
Your mind, your mind is the builder. So you have complete control at any time in every moment. If you but believe that you do.

We all know exactly what you are experiencing now on the Earth.
We love, admire and respect you, to the fullest extent, as you go through the final days of separation from the old third dimensional way of life.
Coming out the other side of the March Eclipse Season we are off and running!
Rebirthing is happening via the DNA upgrade we experienced last month, with each cosmic portal now building on the New Earth energies that are rippling through us and our world.
As well, many are starting a new chapter in their lives!
It may feel like a wobbly time this month within your body, as you are still transmuting and expanding in your cellular structure, your heart and your brain.
There is a need to stabilize the new frequencies in the body and bridge that with the higher aspects of the spiritual self.
The body is still purging the last of the residue it needs to let go of in order to move to this new frequency.
What you were living is complete. You live in a whole new frequency in the higher realms of the fifth dimension.
Your days of glory are about to come to the forefront. This is where you will stand in front of yourself and see your true beauty and purpose.
Behind you, you will see heavenly realms of Angels, galacticās and other beings who belong in this realm like you do. What more could we ask for?
This tipping point can feel very uncomfortable at times, which is an indicator that some kind of internal shift is happening.
The mind is not the biggest fan of change, because it has been conditioned to register change as something that will take away the identity it has created for itself.
There are those who understand how to embrace change. We may know them as people who constantly reinvent themselves to become an even greater version of who they were the day before.
How are these people able to embrace change so easily?
We all know someone like this. Take a moment to reflect on that person.
You may notice that they may be someone whom youād consider to be more of a free spirit.
The reason these people can embrace change more easily, is because they think more with their heart than with their mind.
The Spirit is fueled and excited by change. It thrives on change.
Those butterfly feelings we feel inside when something big is about to happen in our lives, is our Spirit dancing with excitement, letting us know that a great shift is about to happen.
However, the mind, you may have noticed, registers the butterfly feelings as nerves or fear, because it simply is not understanding whatās happening.
So, when that happens, just let your mind know that those feelings are a confirmation that your Spirit is getting ready to create a wonderful experience for you.
And for that reason ā¦ it no longer has to be afraid anymore.
The energies that came in with March have been nudging us to go way beyond our comfort zone.
If we werenāt aware that this was happening, we may have found ourselves feeling lost, confused,
and at the point of experiencing some sort of emotional, mental, or physical breakdown.
Remember, a breakdown is just another term for āthe dismantling of limiting patterns that no longer serve our highest and greatest good.ā
Itās the experience of no longer finding comfort in those limiting patterns.
A breakdown can be one of the most spiritual experiences we can have, because it gives us time to reassess our lives and create a new reality for ourselves.
Itās what we allow ourselves to learn from the breakdown that shapes what the next chapter of our lives will look like.
You deserve to know your true beginnings. It is your right to see your true self and not the version that was someone other than you.
You are truly stepping into the powerful presence that came to the Earth to help set the Earth free.
Please breathe this truths into your heart and feel it to the fullest extent.
We want you to claim yourself, to know yourself, and to be yourself.
You are about to make a full leap into your higher consciousness in your deepest connection with the Creator.
Some of you got lost along the way and now you are reconnecting in the most beautiful way.
There was a lot of outside interference in the form of programming, doubts, fears and third dimensional behaviors, that took some of you off of the path.
Now you are back!
The solar plexus area is still adjusting as well to a newfound sense of self worth, authentic self, and balanced power.
It is important at this moment in your evolution to stay grounded,
anchor in these new frequencies and allow your life to gracefully unfold amid any uncertainty.
Going forward you are experiencing a major inner transformation to embody a sense of true purpose to manifest more easily in the world, and create change.
To do this requires deep connection with the inner Will, the Higher Self and Spirit to foster co-creative alignment.
Many of you have been busy releasing past lives, old wounds, mistakes you have made, forgiving and healing yourself and others.
This is a time of completion with great realizations about who you were, why you are here, and where are you are going as your future self.
It is also the time of new beginnings where you will have fulfilling lives living with your beloveds, and creating new community.
You will live life in full abundance and the way you were intended to live.
You will see and participate in the healing of the Earth and do many wonderful projects together.
You should be sitting on the edge of your seat in anticipation of all that is coming to you.
We are pleased to tell you this. You have earned it, you deserve it and you shall have it.
The Prophet supports you to own your creative power and creativity to honour your own capacity to create;
to share your creative expression with others and connect to the source of our own creativity.
It also supports your to express your needs and true feelings, feel heard, while attuning to universal truth to guide you.
This will activate the new frequency you are vibrating at to fuse together your creativity, soulfulness and spirituality,
taking it to a whole new level, allowing you to shine and step more fully into your sense of purpose at this time on our planet.
You are needed to be a Creator to throw off the shackles of fear, illusion, disillusionment, paranoia, addiction and destruction and breathe life into creating a New World era.
As always, on behalf of all humanity, thank you for choosing to be dedicated to your inner expansion and your journey to Divine remembrance.
Itās because of your willingness to align with your Truest Self that the consciousness of the world is rising so quickly.

Many people felt like they were being pushed to their breaking point,
to the point where even all the spiritual tools they had learned seemed to have lost their magic.
To our Spirit, nothing is ever broken. Nothing needs to be healed, because at the core of each of us, there resides only pristine wholeness and perfection.
When we speak of a breakdown, it refers to the dismantling effect that occurs in the experience of the mind,
when it feels like it has reached a tipping point where even it knows change has to happen.
