Changes And Upgrades.
As we traverse this transition, we continue navigating the current planetary energies,
becoming more aware of the inner and outer changes that are taking place in ourselves, and the planet.
I invite you to think of something that you wish to manifest.
Let it be something that you have not yet manifested.
It may be a dream or a goal that seems impossible, or seems tricky or challenging to manifest.
Maybe you only started focusing upon it recently, or maybe you have been manifesting it for many years.
I draw your attention to a dream or a goal, or maybe even a wish that, at this moment, feels impossible or unobtainable.
Iâve been paying attention to shifts in the collective since the solar eclipse on April 8th.
What I have been seeing is a lot of very deep things have been coming up in the collective that is beyond our current memory.
Most of what is clearing out has little to do with our present life.
What we are clearing now is linked to ancestral patterns, past lives, and the massive collective global karma.
It is a time of profound transformation, innovation, manifestation, and expansion.
However, if we go beyond this astrological meaning, the Earth is also experiencing many important changes that are key to our planetary evolution.
Changes in the Earthâs core, in the elementals, as they are too experiencing their own transfiguration process,
and the solar return that our planet is experiencing, since Aries, and that continues with Taurus.
whatever it might beâŠto think about it and to let its energy fill your body and your auric field, so that you become this dream, goal or wish.
It is important to allow the energies to radiate as they are, so if the dream, goal or wish feels impossible, that will also fill your body and your auric field.
It is not necessarily thinking about the positive that which you wish for but more so thinking about what you wish for and how you feel about it;
whether it feels easy, whether you feel empowered, or maybe it feels unobtainable, or blocked.
You honestly think about and embody this dream, goal or wish.
We are healing humanityâs trauma.
Every layer of pain we heal within ourselves is an echo from previous generations and ancient lineages who could not heal it.
Future generations will no longer need to deal with this heavy layer of trauma.
This healing is our legacy, our gift to the future.
The solar eclipse went very deep and triggered the collective solar plexus.
It has impacted many people in different ways depending on what wave of their evolution they are on.
Remember, the ascension process is not a straight path. The universe undulates like a colossal energy dragon.
It ebbs and flows by its very nature. We can see that over time, we are evolving despite setbacks.
We all can assist the planet, independently of our personal mission.
Guides invite All ascending souls who are guided to help at this time, to send love, compassion,
and healing to our planet with the electric Arcturian protective oval shield, projecting it from our hearts and extending the blue spectrum to cover our entire globe.
If our intention is to create a protective shield around our planet,
then we project the blue laser, as it is very similar to that, from our third eye to protect it from non-benevolent attacks.
We all have the power and inner guidance to connect to our soul and receive confirmation about what is the best way in which we can be of assistance.
As you sit in this energy to contemplate, as if youâre searching through the energy to begin to understand it,
you may recognise that the outcome, the manifestation of the dream, goal or desire, whatever it may be ,might be positive.
It might feel empowering. It might feel like freedom or wealth, or fulfilment and success.
There might also be some fear thatâs stepping into that energy fully, and embodying that energy fully,
that may cause tremendous change within your being and in your reality.
You might recognise there are areas where youâre blocking yourself because of beliefs.
Maybe there are generational beliefs that have been handed down to you and youâre living those at the moment.
This post-eclipse time will affect EVERYTHING under the SUN.
We donât know precisely what issues are being cleared out. Donât go looking for problems to fix.
If an issue is in marching in your front door, it is yours to heal. We will wade through this bit of our evolution like old sludge.
So bring out your inner child and your colorful mud boots, everyone! We got this!
Most people on Earth do not have the luxury of time to notice how things are shifting collectively.
So we need to be kind and patient with everyone and ourselves.
We might see people being more reclusive, more reactive, easily angered, making rash decisions, and burning bridges unnecessarily.
Physically, we might feel deeply exhausted or manic or both and have headaches and ascension morning sickness.
Our dream state could be heightened, revealing clues to what is being cleared out.
As the masculine continues retrieving its original essence,
and we continue shifting to allow this new order within our planet,
Guides share working on compassion is pivotal to move from the ego self to our divine one,
and be able to hold more Love for All, at this time.
Neutral witnessing and compassion are vital to continue being of assistance.
Many of us are challenged in our personal and universal mission and experiences,
and the difference between being balanced and becoming desperate is to remain in our Higher Hearts, in a space of compassionate witnessing to All.
When we understand that in this plane we have free will and that Love is freedom for All,
we start moving from judgments to a more compassionate state of being, as we see that everything within this dual plane plays a unique role,
and our task is to remain neutral, allowing others to have their experiences for their personal growth.
As you go through the energy, searching for different aspects, thoughts, beliefs, wounds, emotions, parts of the manifestation,
you embody it as a whole all that it is the challenging aspects and the positive aspects.
You embody it in your physical body and your energy bodies.
As youâre embodying it, and as youâre searching through the energies, youâre actually transforming the manifestation,
or more accurately, youâre transforming the way that you feel about it;
the projections and the thoughts and beliefs that you have about this wishâŠthis manifestation.
Gradually you begin to recognise that there might be one belief, one energy or one wound that is clearly blocking you from manifesting this dream.
You can begin to ask yourself, where does this come from? How did I accept this belief or this emotion or this wound? How did I create this wound .
The strongest thing Iâm feeling is this , Whatever is being cleared now in the collective cannot go forward into the new frequencies.
THIS STOPS WITH US! These old contaminated patterns, programs, wounds, dysfunctions, and dependencies cannot continue.
Parasitic actions in humanity can no longer move forward.
Humanity must live from their Godself and personal inner power instead of harvesting energy from others. We all have brilliant energy available to us within.
Every single one of us. Anything anchored in greed, projects fear, or intentionally misleads to harvest power or light from others will not be tolerated much longer.
This current clearing will affect many people who need outside validation, have difficulty being self-reflective,
canât take accountability, and have learned that projecting their issues on others or blaming others helps them survive.
We must be the living example of a different way.
Compassion is not pity, which is easily confused in our human plane.
By compassion, we understand a state of being in which we allow others to be, experience, and do what they need to for their journey,
while we neutrally witness, from a space of non-interference, for this is what Love does.
We understand everything within Creation has its time to return to Source, and our mission is to remain in the Love that we are,
seeding harmony and peace, and remaining in our power, for allowing others to be does not mean allowing others to harm us,
as we always must keep our integrity and personal field protected.
Now, more than ever, earth and others who are stepping into this journey need our love and compassion to help them, as by holding more compassion we seed more unity.
You can invite that energy in from your soul because your soul houses all forms of energies of the Creator, so everything is always available to you.
If youâve recognised a fear, then you might want to create the energy of safety, grounding or support.
Often we do not manifest what we wish for because we feel unsupported, maybe physically or by ourselves, or by our guides or soul.
You can draw all of these energies in and begin to create a core thatâs filled with success, fulfilment, momentum, creation, a groundingâŠan anchoring supportâŠand safety.
Then you can let that energy fill your entire being because remember, you are sitting in the presence of what you wish to manifest.
Then observe how that transforms the aspects of your being, the manifestation that youâre sitting in.
You might see your manifestation differently. You might see a pathway that needs to be unfolded.
The more you sit in the energy of your manifestation, the more you will recognise it coming into your reality, and that you are showing up as your manifestation,
therefore the universe is responding to you with supportive energies or experiences that allow you to physically,
as your manifestation, step into the reality of your manifestation.
Thus, you are awakening manifestation for you because often it is not your ability to manifest that which requires healing or awakening.
You are in this reality, and one of the greatest tools that you automatically achieve is manifestation; the creating of the reality that you are experiencing.
In many ways, thereâs no need to doubt your manifestation skills. It is just that, sometimes, manifestations are created,
we might say, from uncertain energies that do not have the grounding, the safety, the support to assist them.
Greetings , We share our love, our bliss and our truth with you.
We are present to share our peace and also our understanding of how things develop, or are developing, in ascension.
We have assisted the earth since its creation and we support all souls upon the earth in developing their own ascension process.
Because I am the angel of communication and overwhelm is a form of communication,
is it not? It is your body, it is your thoughts, it is your innermost self communicating that something is off balance.
Now we do not begrudge you, we do not judge you when there is overwhelm.
For this is a way that in the eternal wisdom and divine providence that you yourself have helped to set up this apparatus.
Yes, it is an apparatus. It is a way of communication that you may receive information of how to deal with your lives.
Overwhelm can be many things. It can be that something is calling to your attention and you have neglected to see it, you have found it difficult to see it.
Overwhelm asks you to stop. It asks you to pause. It asks you to take a moment or even a day or even a week and go within to what is calling your attention, what needs to be addressed.
We, as a group of select Beings are Thriving and indeed, most happy to be back in touch.
You are probably aware that Energies were not conducive to connect in the usual fashion due to changes in atmospheric waves âŠ
Yourself Being unwell ⊠and general upgrading of Energies that are entering to Serve, not diminish.
Keeping in mind, Dearest Souls, that these Higher Energetics are also âconfrontedâ with the lingering aftermath of what we would choose to call, a fall out.
Meaning that the darkness is fighting with the little strength it has left, to disrupt anything and everything that is of Light.
KNOW the strength that the darkness had ⊠is no more. Although it may appear that it is still firing on full throttle, let us, let it be known, that this is not the case.
Those involved in the lesser side of Light are quaking in their boots. They KNOW ⊠it is evident ⊠that their number is up.
They are fooling themselves believing that they are still in control of this Planet.
They KNOW their number is up and it is merely a matter of time and revelations that will bring their TRUTHS out into the open.
We wish for you to take that in; absorb those words for a few moments.
Absorb what that might mean for youâŠâthe beginning of completionâ. It may mean something different for each soul and each being.
We wish to share with you today what we feel it means in your ascension.
As you absorb our words, âthe beginning of completionâ, you may have insights coming to you already.
It may be that something in your reality is coming to completion; that you are beginning the completion process.
Itâs like running the final lap of a race or like youâre just about to manifest your goal.
Now when you deal with overwhelm without calling in the greater aspects of yourself, it is a much more difficult task.
That is why we are here waiting for you. Not only your angelic team but your spiritual guides, your spiritual teachers, and the most powerful of all,
your dynamic infinite self for your infinite self has all the answers and has the wherewithal to bring forth the energy that can bring you back into alignment, that can help you see clearly.
What is it that needs to be addressed?
When there is this overwhelm we ask you to make a list for when you write, it is easy for us to come through you and help you discern what needs to be addressed,
whether it is just putting the laundry away so there is a feeling of order and peace in the house or that there is something off balance in the physical body.
Or there is so much calling to your attention that you need to find what it is that is at the bottom of all of that.
As this takes place, and it is taking place ⊠more and more Souls are awakening to the REAL DEAL.
Their blindfolds are being removed and as they see the Light, it can prove to be extremely painful ,for they have been under a spell for âall of their current lifetimeâ.
Many of you have been in touch with Truth, for many a year. Little by little were you spoon fed realities that churned the stomach, as you digested each abhorrent reveal of the âunderworldâ and its behaviours.
Yet, you have had time to digest.
Imagine then, how it is and is to be, for those who have had no idea in any way, of this darkness. Imagine the shock as more and more is proven to be Truth.
As you know, Dearest Souls, this is where you come in.
You have waited so patiently for âYour timeâ.
As you are experiencing your ascension, in this moment of the Creatorâs ascensionâs process for all, we have these two energies that are working together.
Itâs as if they are walking side by side; beginning energy and completion energy.
It is such a wonderful moment to experience these two energies that are almost the same but almost extremely different as well.
They are coming forth now because you have reached a stage in your ascension and spiritual growth where you are ready to complete a contract; you are ready to complete a lifetime.
When they exist upon the earth, has a goal that is uncompleted and often stems from a lifetime.
You might have had a lifetime on the earth, or maybe somewhere else, and it was not completed; you did not achieve the goals that your soul wanted to achieve in that existenceS
It is often that there are other people involved in the manifestations of those goals that your soul were aspiring to achieve.
In this lifetimeâŠand in this momentâŠthat energy is coming forth through your being.
It might even be that that lifetime is existing simultaneously now, and yet it is being channeled through your being; flowing through your being.
Or, it might not be existing, but the templates are all coming to your body now to bring forth a completion.
In days of yester-years, you have been ridiculed and mocked and yet, you stood Steadfast and Strong.
In these future-years, you will find, as we have said all along, that many, many, Souls who are so lost, will come and seek you out for help.
They will be asking for understanding.
Remember ⊠there is no need to Forgive themâ for all they have said and done to you ⊠for they knew no better.
They were following their pathway. As you were. It is just that some found it necessary to take a longer route to get to where you are all going.
As more and more comes to Light ⊠actions and activities will become more and more apparent, in ways of THE DIVINE PLAN manifesting before your eyes.
The dominoes are falling and cannot be stopped.
So ⊠on the one hand, THERE IS SO MUCH TO CELEBRATE FOR THE CHANGE HAS PASSED A CRITICAL POINT and much now shall be presented at a rapid rate.
On the other hand, however ⊠much conflict and divide will amp up, as confusion enters even more into the mix.
I come to be with you at this time, in these indeed changing times that you are in right now,
not that change is coming, change is already here, it is all around you, it is within you.
All you need to do is to continue to keep those eyes open, keep that spirit high, keep that third eye open as much as you can,
and allow for everything that is coming into you, all of the knowing all of the remembrance that comes to you,
allow it to become a part of you, for it is you and know that know that, you are the way the truth and the life and the light.
A coming together in love, joy and in support of life on Earth, they explained. It is happening now and each of you has a part to play in this opening time.
Listen within, listen to the guidance that will be flowing to you. Guidance will come easier and easier now, they said, because the way has been cleared.
Many old obstructions to communicating heart to heart have been removed and they will continue to be removed.
You are that already, you do not need to become that.
You are that, each and every one of you that listens to my words now, and that reads these words later, and resonates to what is being said,
you are that light, you are the way showers, you are the ones coming before, leading the way,
showing the way, bringing the way to others, who are ready or are becoming ready, to reach for that light that you bring to them.
Know that, you are the change that you have all been waiting for, throughout the planet throughout, the collective consciousness of the planet.
So trust, trust in yourselves and who you are right now in this very moment.
Again not that you are becoming, for you are already there, you just do not realize it yet.
They are coming from near and far and there will be many more in that room than you will see.
There is much rejoicing now, rejoicing with you and rejoicing at what you are doing with the Net of Light.
You are accomplishing great, great good. Our message is spreading all over the Earth and the Net of light is now anchored all over the Earth.
This allows the energy field of the Earth to vibrate at a higher and higher rate.
We thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do! they cried. We rejoice in you and we rejoice with you.
Please embrace one another when you come together and when you do, know that we are holding you in our arms.
You are precious to us, they said, precious indeed.
Do not for a moment think you are not important, for you are extremely important in this endeavor, in this journey.
Each and every one of you. You all came here in this, most of you actually, in this country, in America.
To form the greater union, first within the United States for America. Then out and beyond to all of the other countries.
All together as one. That is your mission. Together as light warriors. Bringing the light forward, to all that are ready to receive it.
Lord Sananda as Yeshua said, I stand at your heartâs door and knock, if you would open it, I would come in and sup with you and you with me. Profound words!
For if you knock, it shall be opened unto you, if you seek, you shall find, if you ask, you shall receive.
It is important, my friends, my brothers and sisters, to trust.
Trust that all is happening exactly as it needs to in this moment. In the next moment, things change.
It is part of the great change over.
You, yourselves, need to continue to be ready to move along with those changes. To be adaptable.
To allow the energies to continue to acclimate within you, so that you can move forward in this ascension process, to become all that you came here to be.
The world, the world beyond the third dimensional expression, beyond the illusion is open to you right now, in this moment, and in the moments to come, you just need to be ready to embrace it.
Embrace the changes that are coming to the world, embrace the light as it is anchoring within you,
and being able to spread beyond you, embrace it and allow for everything that is coming,
seemingly in your thoughts, your thoughts that you wonder is this me thinking this or is this guidance from within myself?
Then use your discernment, to know the answer to that question. Allow yourselves to be guided, each and every moment of your life, and you are indeed being guided.
When you come together, share your stories, sing your songs, and lift your hearts. We will do all that with you, the Grandmothers said, âŠ.and more, much more.
From this Gathering in Northern California, great rings of light will radiate. Concentric circles will fan out, and outward they will speed, carrying joy far and wide.
Thank you for coming together like this! they cried. Thank you for opening your hearts to this work with us.
And remember that each person who connects with us in light carries radiance with them, radiance that blesses and heals.
Great blessings are pouring forth now and the work you are doing will only magnify these blessings.
Let love hold you, they said, and enjoy yourselves as you watch this great opening take place.
And as, will be shared in the next time we are together. Starting with your discussion the next time you come together.
You all have a council that is working with you, each and every one of you.
You have a council and then you will become that part of a council to others. More of this you will understand as we move forward.

Change my friends is all around you. Not for a moment, think that things are not changing because they are.
Many things are happening yet still behind the scenes.
But for those that have the eyes to see, ears to hear, you are witnessing a great changeover that is in the process of happening now.
All of you, you, the light workers, the light warriors, you all came here to be the catalysts.
Not each and every one of you to bring the change yourself, but to be a part of this great changeover.
In whatever way that you programmed yourself to be, and know that you, yourself, higher beings that you are, programmed you into it, if you will, this construct.
And some would say even a simulation in your discussion earlier. But know that you control this.
Your mind, your mind is the builder. So you have complete control at any time in every moment. If you but believe that you do.

We all know exactly what you are experiencing now on the Earth.
We love, admire and respect you, to the fullest extent, as you go through the final days of separation from the old third dimensional way of life.
Coming out the other side of the March Eclipse Season we are off and running!
Rebirthing is happening via the DNA upgrade we experienced last month, with each cosmic portal now building on the New Earth energies that are rippling through us and our world.
As well, many are starting a new chapter in their lives!
It may feel like a wobbly time this month within your body, as you are still transmuting and expanding in your cellular structure, your heart and your brain.
There is a need to stabilize the new frequencies in the body and bridge that with the higher aspects of the spiritual self.
The body is still purging the last of the residue it needs to let go of in order to move to this new frequency.
What you were living is complete. You live in a whole new frequency in the higher realms of the fifth dimension.
Your days of glory are about to come to the forefront. This is where you will stand in front of yourself and see your true beauty and purpose.
Behind you, you will see heavenly realms of Angels, galacticâs and other beings who belong in this realm like you do. What more could we ask for?
This tipping point can feel very uncomfortable at times, which is an indicator that some kind of internal shift is happening.
The mind is not the biggest fan of change, because it has been conditioned to register change as something that will take away the identity it has created for itself.
There are those who understand how to embrace change. We may know them as people who constantly reinvent themselves to become an even greater version of who they were the day before.
How are these people able to embrace change so easily?
We all know someone like this. Take a moment to reflect on that person.
You may notice that they may be someone whom youâd consider to be more of a free spirit.
The reason these people can embrace change more easily, is because they think more with their heart than with their mind.
The Spirit is fueled and excited by change. It thrives on change.
Those butterfly feelings we feel inside when something big is about to happen in our lives, is our Spirit dancing with excitement, letting us know that a great shift is about to happen.
However, the mind, you may have noticed, registers the butterfly feelings as nerves or fear, because it simply is not understanding whatâs happening.
So, when that happens, just let your mind know that those feelings are a confirmation that your Spirit is getting ready to create a wonderful experience for you.
And for that reason ⊠it no longer has to be afraid anymore.
The energies that came in with March have been nudging us to go way beyond our comfort zone.
If we werenât aware that this was happening, we may have found ourselves feeling lost, confused,
and at the point of experiencing some sort of emotional, mental, or physical breakdown.
Remember, a breakdown is just another term for âthe dismantling of limiting patterns that no longer serve our highest and greatest good.â
Itâs the experience of no longer finding comfort in those limiting patterns.
A breakdown can be one of the most spiritual experiences we can have, because it gives us time to reassess our lives and create a new reality for ourselves.
Itâs what we allow ourselves to learn from the breakdown that shapes what the next chapter of our lives will look like.
You deserve to know your true beginnings. It is your right to see your true self and not the version that was someone other than you.
You are truly stepping into the powerful presence that came to the Earth to help set the Earth free.
Please breathe this truths into your heart and feel it to the fullest extent.
We want you to claim yourself, to know yourself, and to be yourself.
You are about to make a full leap into your higher consciousness in your deepest connection with the Creator.
Some of you got lost along the way and now you are reconnecting in the most beautiful way.
There was a lot of outside interference in the form of programming, doubts, fears and third dimensional behaviors, that took some of you off of the path.
Now you are back!
The solar plexus area is still adjusting as well to a newfound sense of self worth, authentic self, and balanced power.
It is important at this moment in your evolution to stay grounded,
anchor in these new frequencies and allow your life to gracefully unfold amid any uncertainty.
Going forward you are experiencing a major inner transformation to embody a sense of true purpose to manifest more easily in the world, and create change.
To do this requires deep connection with the inner Will, the Higher Self and Spirit to foster co-creative alignment.
Many of you have been busy releasing past lives, old wounds, mistakes you have made, forgiving and healing yourself and others.
This is a time of completion with great realizations about who you were, why you are here, and where are you are going as your future self.
It is also the time of new beginnings where you will have fulfilling lives living with your beloveds, and creating new community.
You will live life in full abundance and the way you were intended to live.
You will see and participate in the healing of the Earth and do many wonderful projects together.
You should be sitting on the edge of your seat in anticipation of all that is coming to you.
We are pleased to tell you this. You have earned it, you deserve it and you shall have it.
The Prophet supports you to own your creative power and creativity to honour your own capacity to create;
to share your creative expression with others and connect to the source of our own creativity.
It also supports your to express your needs and true feelings, feel heard, while attuning to universal truth to guide you.
This will activate the new frequency you are vibrating at to fuse together your creativity, soulfulness and spirituality,
taking it to a whole new level, allowing you to shine and step more fully into your sense of purpose at this time on our planet.
You are needed to be a Creator to throw off the shackles of fear, illusion, disillusionment, paranoia, addiction and destruction and breathe life into creating a New World era.
As always, on behalf of all humanity, thank you for choosing to be dedicated to your inner expansion and your journey to Divine remembrance.
Itâs because of your willingness to align with your Truest Self that the consciousness of the world is rising so quickly.

Many people felt like they were being pushed to their breaking point,
to the point where even all the spiritual tools they had learned seemed to have lost their magic.
To our Spirit, nothing is ever broken. Nothing needs to be healed, because at the core of each of us, there resides only pristine wholeness and perfection.
When we speak of a breakdown, it refers to the dismantling effect that occurs in the experience of the mind,
when it feels like it has reached a tipping point where even it knows change has to happen.
